This is the 3rd time in a row I have had items missing in my order. Waited another hour and 1 ten minutes for missing items to delivery and by that time family members didn't want the food as we had waited too long. Ali's refused to issue refund but offered to delivery fresh order but i refused as family members had made something to eat as couldn't wait any longer. Will never order from this takeaway again ☹

food tasted amazing as usual. however, i didnt receive my can of fanta :(

Apart from being 35 minutes late past the delivery time, the food was delicious the portions are a very good size, Pizza cooked perfectly

The food is always great, the deliveries are quick too. Kebab meat is the best in the area, its really well cooked and tasty.
