My pizza contents had all slid off and were stuck to the side of the box it was a mess .normally very good a big disappointment

Took ages and came with brown sauce when I ordered ketchup

Food was cold had to microwave. Sorry need to try better.

Waited 2 hours last night (friday night) for a delivery which is acceptable as weekends are busy im a takeaway driver i know how busy it can get, but for it to be 2 hours then one my food turns up cold and part of my order is missing. I phoned up didnt say anything about it being cold i just microwaved it but i asked them to send out the items that were missing which took nearly another 2 hours. Im sorry but if you screw up a order someone has waited 2 hours for you should be bringing the missing items out fast. Not nearly another 2 hours. Think it literally took 3/4 hours before i had all my items. Definitely wont be going back

Delivery was late. We found a few dark hairs in two of our meals. Won't order again.

By far and away the worst chips ive ever consistently had from this lot since they opened. Started strong and have quickly went south. Such a shame

So greasy even the dog wouldnt eat it

Macaroni cheese had to much cheese in it my mums haggis was to spicy it was discusting

Changed to here not long a go as we were really impressed however last night received order, straight away funny smell coming from the food. Took the batter off it and didnt taste nice at all. Phoned shop told it was different suppliers and offered to send new one out but was told it would be the same. So we decided not to, unfortunate but dont think we will be back

Ordered a munchie box and when it came it was soggy, everything was tastless. The chicken was covered in fat and was just chewy. Went in the bin. Such a let down. First order and will never be back.

The chicken tikka was horrible on the pizza tasted off

They keep putting the donner meat on the pizza after its been cooked... charge you £11.50 for a donner meat pizza and what they give you is a cheese pizza with donner meat dumped on top makes no sense why they continuously cook there donner pizzas like that. Poor from this place once again. Just cook your donner pizzas with it under the cheese as standard.

Full of grease , disgusting. Even dogs wouldn't have ate it!

3 hour wait on delivery and when i called after 2 hours i was told was sitting waiting on a driver... needless to say when i got it, it was freezing

The food is very very greasy, which is a shame cause it has potential to be so much better because it is tasty, the chips have a nice buttery taste but they're just far too greasy. I've tried a calzone too and that was swimming in grease too which is again a shame as the meat has a nice flavour. My son enjoyed the chicken wings and my other son thought the black pudding was too spicy and also rated the food just as "Okay" This was my second time trying Ali's and I wont be back.

Waited an hour for delivery and when arrived driver dropped the pizza had to send back. Shop sent another took another 50 minutes by that we were over it

Chips and pizza just poor

Requested bake potato with NO Salad anscwhen it eventually arrived it was absolutely covered in Salad very off putting when you think you have separated it all then can't eat potato as there's raw onion all through it AGAIN
