Asked for Buffalo wings, got bbq. Asked for sauce. None came. Chips where cold.

Chips under cooked and dripping in grease

After ordering at 8.45 I was given an estimated delivery time of 1 hour, I then called again at 9.55, to be told they never received my order, so I had to order again all in all this was by far the worst experience of delivery from Alis.

7 dinner meat looked flung together and burnt the calzone was very dry did come with small tub of chilli sauce but this really needed to be inside the pizza

The food was greasy, tasteless and looked terrible. Also they didnt make the pizza right but was questioned like I was lying and asked for the old items back which they received, not a good place to eat

Ordered a donner hoagie and it tasted horrible had to bin it 😔 usually theyre really good too

Cheese very sticky and gloopy

Asked for chips n curry sauce, curry sauce was like water and only got a dribble of it so had dry chips

Got a fish supper ! Fish was dry & also tried the buffalo chicken wings & they were stinking i tried one & spat it back in the tray ! Waste of money

Great to begin with but there now seems to be a decreasing quality in the each order.

Tried Alis as its recently opened. Driver firstly left us with the wrong order. When we got it our food was soggy and didnt seem freshly cooked. Presented in pizza boxes which had become soggy and greasy. Difficult to get the food onto a plate. Will continue ordering from our regular takeaway.

Baked potato was a soggy mess vinagry salad and just a runny mess in total ,waste of money , first time ordering ,will be my last ,sorry just telling the truth ,was supposed to be a baked potato with chicken curry and mushrooms , sounded lovely ,complete opposite of what I got.

Order was placed for number 94 however the drivers instructions were delivery to 64 simple mistake however what would have happened if the recipient at 64 accepted the goods? Thankfully they refused and the driver called me for correct address.

Chips were soggy, burger bun was burnt and garlic bread was deep fried ... worst chippy I have had

Never again fried pizza was raw replacement not much better and pizza crunch was a discrace also and greasy chips never again

Received the order around three and a half hours after ordering, was given a delivery time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was brought to my attention by the delivery driver that my order was cold. I asked the driver to return my order and the takeaway refund my money, as I had paid with my card through Scoffable. Ill add that the driver was really nice, great customer service from him, on what must have been a challenging night for him with the weather. I am now three days later and no refund, contacted Scoffable and they have not been made aware that my order was to be refunded. That is the reason for this review, if youve to refund an order do it.

Well tonight was really bad. My wifes fried pizza was rock hard and she tried to cut it with a sharp knife that she felt would end up breaking plate. My hoggie didnt have chips, cheese or even the chilli sauce thats supposd to be inside it, when i order i get the hoggie with the chips and cheese inside the wrap and the sauce separate. Am really not happy but they sorted it by sending sauce out and fixing the pizza supper but they need to make sure they get orders right

Fish was bland chips were scraggy terrible and greasy, sausage tastd cheap, king dinner was very nice though

Took 2 hours to arrive and when it finally did come the food was cold

Was told delivery would be 50 minutes it came 50 minutes after that ,i phoned to see where my delivery was they told me it was on it's way ,when it did come it was cold i had to put it in the microwave to heat it up i ate a small bit of my dinner and ended up putting the rest in the bin,very disappointed as they are usually good so disappointed, when you wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes and it's cold it just puts you off .

My food was cold when it arrived and the condiments I choose were not on my food!

This was the first time i have had to write a bad word about Ali's,nearly the full meal ended up in the bin,it tasted horrible and was dripping with grease and was lukewarm when it arrived...am hoping that this was just a blip,maybe a diffrent chef or something but whatever it was im hoping it doesn't happen twice...really sorry but this was just not good :(
