Chips were soggy, burger bun was burnt and garlic bread was deep fried ... worst chippy I have had

Never again fried pizza was raw replacement not much better and pizza crunch was a discrace also and greasy chips never again

Received the order around three and a half hours after ordering, was given a delivery time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was brought to my attention by the delivery driver that my order was cold. I asked the driver to return my order and the takeaway refund my money, as I had paid with my card through Scoffable. Ill add that the driver was really nice, great customer service from him, on what must have been a challenging night for him with the weather. I am now three days later and no refund, contacted Scoffable and they have not been made aware that my order was to be refunded. That is the reason for this review, if youve to refund an order do it.

Well tonight was really bad. My wifes fried pizza was rock hard and she tried to cut it with a sharp knife that she felt would end up breaking plate. My hoggie didnt have chips, cheese or even the chilli sauce thats supposd to be inside it, when i order i get the hoggie with the chips and cheese inside the wrap and the sauce separate. Am really not happy but they sorted it by sending sauce out and fixing the pizza supper but they need to make sure they get orders right

Fish was bland chips were scraggy terrible and greasy, sausage tastd cheap, king dinner was very nice though

Took 2 hours to arrive and when it finally did come the food was cold

Was told delivery would be 50 minutes it came 50 minutes after that ,i phoned to see where my delivery was they told me it was on it's way ,when it did come it was cold i had to put it in the microwave to heat it up i ate a small bit of my dinner and ended up putting the rest in the bin,very disappointed as they are usually good so disappointed, when you wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes and it's cold it just puts you off .

This was the first time i have had to write a bad word about Ali's,nearly the full meal ended up in the bin,it tasted horrible and was dripping with grease and was lukewarm when it arrived...am hoping that this was just a blip,maybe a diffrent chef or something but whatever it was im hoping it doesn't happen twice...really sorry but this was just not good :(

Mc and cheese bits lovelyFries were not cooked properly and far to much brown sauce on them Any other food we have had has been delicious so maybe a bad night.

Ordered a mixed donner pizza but received just a cheese pizza, pizzas also to greasy for me.

Terrible service order never arrived and when called up told it hsd been delivered to wrong door 2nd time ive had a bad experience with this mob in 7 days

I have had four takeaways since opening. 2 of witch i have had of the burger menu first was some very cheap meat was that bad i had one bite and went in the bin, The other was a chicken burger. Not saying it was bad but the burger is half the size of the bun, if your going to continue this way why not add 2 bits of chicken to it makes more sense.

Burger was nice but chips were way too greasy :(. Dont think i would order again.

The food was good when it came. However, I arrived to order at the door and waited for a very long time with Simone coming to take my order. So I sat in the car and ordered from my Scoffable app. I arrived at the door at the time Scoffable had let me choose and they had never received my order and didnt know who I was....50 minutes later and 30 minutes after they said my food was to be ready the food arrived. The food was good however it took over all an hours wait...

I normally have great meals from there but my last order wasnt so im quite unhappy about that unsure wether to order again

The most disgusting peri-peri chicken wings I have ever taste. The chicken seems to have been boiled or something and then just reheated with the peri-peri sauce.The quarter pounder with bacon had no salad and mayonnaise. Yes I double checked I did select them extras.Will never be ordering from here again.

Pizza toppings werent cooked fully into the pizza base it all fell apart and gave me the wrong bottle of fizzy I asked for Dr Pepper and got given Coca Cola
