Very late food cold

Usually love an Alis but the £15.40 large mixed kebab has now halved in size. absolute rip off, was a loyal customer for years but wont be back after tonight

Staff dont have a clue and dont seem to care

My food was hard couldnt eqt most of it it came cold food was not up to a standard

Waited 2 hrs for delivery, chips were freezing, chicken was over cooked and dry, I only received 1 chilli dip ordered 2

I ordered at 11.30pm and i would have preferred it if they had just said no more deliveries !! I ended up with over cooked dry chips and burnt spring rolls. Needles to say it all went in the bin a waste for £11 and i will definitely not be ordering from here again

Got a 16 in Turkish pizza 1 tub of chilli saauce arrived no salad or other sauces,i had left a msg for salt sauce and vinaiger on chips,chips turned up with a lot a brown 11s thru it(cabr upload photo ),i get it was a Saturday night but £21.40 for order should have a bit more love to it

Meal was 2 hours late and was cold and the slush puppy drinks were like water so im not a happy customer.

Steak pie was beautiful but chips were reheats and horrible

We have been avoiding this place for a while due a bad experience and subsequent negative reviews from others. We finally decided to order after we seen that there was new management - keenly hoping for a miraculous turnaround. We ordered a half pounder cheese burger with chips and a baked potato with chilli beef, paying £1.90 extra for cheese. (Paying extra for cheese on a baked potato should be illegal) The baked potato alone was subsequently a whopping £8.10. No big deal, I was looking forward to it because I've been feeling under the weather. What we received, however... My partner opened the bag and removed the first item. Seeing the sauce on the outer paper "This must be your baked potato. The sauce has leaked a little". Imagine my surprise when I opened it to find the cheeseburger and soggy chips, absolutely swimming in... burger juice? Absolutely grim. But nothing could have prepared me for the soul crusher that came next. Opening the 2nd item, I was faced with 2 rock hard potatoes, some spicy beef pizza topping (10 morsels), a handful of cheese and approximately half a bottle of kebab sauce. I'm pretty adventurous with food and there's cheese on it that I paid EXTRA for. I'm trying it...how bad can it be, right? I tasted 2 tiny mouthfuls and then it joined the burger in the bin. This experience cost us £19.60, but the emotional debt can never be repaid.

Usually get a perfect order every time but this time the wrap was wrong and inedible - contacted scoffable who advised the shop are not willing to compensate for THEIR wrong doing. Always spot on but this occasion and customer service has been a major let down

Chips mostly had bad bits in them, as for the chicken it was very small crisp and dried out pieces and I had to pick with fingers as fork couldnt get through to lift them. Very disappointing

Ordered penne pasta with tomato sauce came with a cream base and was completely wrong to what Id normally get. Contacted them and they were making out Id lost my mind. Wont be using these again. Shocking

Food took a hour and a half , the food was freezing cold no one even ate at , chips were soggy i would like a REFUND now

Ordered a large and king-size shish Kebab and the king-size was meant to come with salad as part of the meal and cost but no salad arrived.Tried to call and number supplied does not work, also the lamb in both were grizzly and fatty, hardly any eddible meat, tbh the best part of the £33 meal was the seperate chips and cheese.We threw out almost all of the lamb as inedible.Definetly will not order that again.

My order was mixed up. It's okay, mistakes happen. I understand when there are a lot of orders, but your phones are disconnected!!! . I had to contact Scoffable. The wait for the correct food to arrive was a total of 3 hours. I understand your location is remote. But I think you should fix the mistakes first and then accept other orders.

Normally nice pasta from here. However I wont be back. Was half way through eating my food and found a white small bit of plastic in it , could be a mistake yes but it could have killed me !

Very poor chips, used to be decent

Fish smelt off before even opening it and it was rank rotten. Doner Meat appeared to be barely cooked and Pakora Sauce was well watered down. Marked contrast from my last meal ordered but I won't be wasting £18.50 here again.

Food was covered in grease. Took over an hour to arrive. When we called to ask how much longer it would be the woman on the phone was down right rude. Dont think well be back here.

Ordered smoked sausage supper and battered sausage was sent. Ordered a single pizza and it was burnt, greasy and inedible.

Serve better kebab meat I home bargain.. Thin cheap white.

Took one bit and had to bin it something was definitely off

I normally get a chicken supper from hete as its always nice. Tonight was a disappointment....chicken looked like it had been cooked more than once and was a funny colour. Just lost a good customer 😕

Order was confirmed then when I called to see why it was taking so long they said I wasnt getting my order

Hi am sorry to complain but I have this the way it was delivered to me it was cold I need yous to send me a new delivery I will give you this all back there is no way they fritters potato and pineapple fritters were edable please send a fresh order today when you open or reimburse my money M Laing
