Cant rate the food as it never got delivered!

Took 2.30 hours to come

Kebab meat wasnt cooked the fried pizza was rock hard and the chips looked like reheats certainly not be using again

Phoned the shop as the order was over 30 minutes late, a girl answered the phone with just saying hiya then started talking like she was either drunk or was on something! Asked to speak to someone else who just said order had left the shop! When the order eventually arrived it was cold and tasted disgusting so went in the bin! Paid £30 odd for it just to go in the bin total waste of money! Never even bothered phoning to complain as couldn't be bothered trying to explain or make sense of the girl who would've picked the phone up! Can see why your getting so many bad reviews now with that service and food! Been a customer for years now and won't be ordering again!

Got a delivery tonight fish supper and a chip steak supper that the dogs got and chips in bin I have never in my life had a takeaway so bad the amount of grease in the food and container was rank rotten near 20 pounds wasted think you need to look at your fryers or front staff they must be blind not to see the state of the food and excess oil that's not good I would recommend avoid here and try any other I don't think it could be worse

Chips where soggy and far to greesy Noticed portions are smaller. A waste of money

Sent the wrong battered sweet

Order took over 2hrs to arrive, food had been reheated. Missing items and phone line going straight to voicemail. Will not use again.

Absolutely terrible food , ended up with food poisoning from this place. Dont order from here !

Up until now never had any issues. But tonight food was cold, juice was missing and after being told they would bring it and phoning. Over 2 hours later still waiting for the juice i ordered.

Put in a order last night for it to turn up when shop was closed the food was freezing and didnt restive the juice

Ordered dinner 17:17 tonight didnt arrive until half 6 which was fine but missing 2 items. Phoned to say about the missing items waited half an hour still no word then phoned back and it was someone else who didnt even know what I was talking about. Ended up getting the 2 missing items 19:35 and one part of the order was cold. Kids meals didnt come with a box which is strange and the kids didnt finish there meal was disappointed spending that about of money to having to wait for food that wasnt even hot and kids not finishing as it didnt taste right

Never got the nan bread

Totally appreciate last night was busy but no commutation didnt answer the phone and over three hours for order to them arrive wrong and then couldnt get in touch with the shop contacted scoffable in regarding to being refunded for the calzone asked for separate salad instead salad inside not what I ordered disappointed wont be back again

Cold and mushy

Almost 2 hours from order time to deliver food cold not what were used to for Alis

What on earth has happened to this place? Chips were inedible, genuinely think they were days old because Im not sure its possible for fresh chips to be so bad. Kebab was dry. Pizza was ok. Weve used this place for years so its disappointing to see so many reviewers saying the same thing as its clearly not a one-off bad night.

Phoned for a delievry waited 1.5 hours for food to arrive. When arrived food was FREEZING. Missing sauce in one of the meals and a can oj juice. Phoned to complaint and they agreed to send replacement meal out. Further more I wasted another 1.5 hours. Food arrived warm. Missing cheese in one of the meals which I paid an extra £2 for. Food wasn't great tasting either it went in the bin. First time ordering from here and it will be the last. Wouldn't reccomend.

food arrived late and had a very terrible cold taste, stale fries and fish, the extras i ordered were missing. i wouldnt recommend
