Cold and mushy

Almost 2 hours from order time to deliver food cold not what were used to for Alis

Usually have really nice food.. but fish came cold and chips where hard

I never received my order

What on earth has happened to this place? Chips were inedible, genuinely think they were days old because Im not sure its possible for fresh chips to be so bad. Kebab was dry. Pizza was ok. Weve used this place for years so its disappointing to see so many reviewers saying the same thing as its clearly not a one-off bad night.

Phoned for a delievry waited 1.5 hours for food to arrive. When arrived food was FREEZING. Missing sauce in one of the meals and a can oj juice. Phoned to complaint and they agreed to send replacement meal out. Further more I wasted another 1.5 hours. Food arrived warm. Missing cheese in one of the meals which I paid an extra £2 for. Food wasn't great tasting either it went in the bin. First time ordering from here and it will be the last. Wouldn't reccomend.

food arrived late and had a very terrible cold taste, stale fries and fish, the extras i ordered were missing. i wouldnt recommend

Tonights food was disappointing. Chicken pokora was so dry! Chicken burger was the same. Pakora was placed on top of salad so had warm soggy salad and kebab meat was stone cold and coated/covered with a grease .. we having been going here for a while abd never has a problem but tonight was terrible

forgot sauces, food was cold

Basically got half an order paid for juice that I didnt get called back and said they would come back with the juice 2 hrs later and aye no juice 😂 joke

I waited for over an hour and a half for my order, the food wasnt great either left feeling unwell after. I would ask for my money back but I dont expect much in that department. Safe to say Im disappointed in the service

Chips were soggy black and digusting went in the bin

Waited an hour and half for food it was cold and disgusting pasta was tasteless didnt even get some of my order curry spring rolls were definitely not curry they were disgusting and couldnt call about some of my drinks been missing because yous had shut

My bottle of coke was missing from order delivery driver said he would come back with it and hasnt been delivered

It was an hour late and wasnt very warm

I asked for the calzone to be baked in the sauce as extras its was dryer than a witches tit and no normal sause would have been banging had I had any of them

They for got my 2lte of juice and food was stone cold

Worst ever, ordered for 8.30 turned up at 7.50, must have been last nights , dried out fish with soggy batter, haggis fritters were the same.I will never use this take away again , and it was swimming in grease

There was hard bits in the pasta and my chips and sausage was soggy

Meal wasn't very warm by the time we got it

Food was horrible
