I ordered a chicken Donner wrap with salad and garlic mayonnaise and got a sheish kebab wrap with no sauce that was to spicy for me to eat that I didn't order 😔

The last 4 pizzas Ive had its like its jst been flung into the bag and stood up straight instead of been lying flat

I always ask for extra green peppers on my pizza and usually have no issue with that. But, tonight they put jalapenos(which I'm allergic too) along with a FEW peppers, so very disappointed ☹

I usually order from ali's and placed an order last night but some of the order never arrived i called them to tell them that i never received some of the order and was told we would get that sorted but never received the missing items from the order.

I didnt get my order at all I waited up on till 12 for it never got it Id like my money back

No Salt and Sauce - when clearly asked for. Disappointed..

Missing item and did not receive refund for it shocking

Never got a fully munch box and was cold n burnt

Im fed up with them ALWAYS forgetting my juice!! Happened a few times now. No good enough

Usually everything is great from Ali's however the pizza I ordered wasn't very nice. Won't be ordering pizza again.

We ordered 2 fish suppers and onion rings x the fish was soggy and very greasy and the onion rings had a had very little to no onion in them x1st time I have had a bad order from here as I have used it a little if times but really disappointed with this delivery

Ordered a smoked sausage supper and only got rhe smoked sausage, call them to complain and could only get voicemail, I left a message

Absolutely horrible , king rib has no batter in it and sausage was inedible, shouldve known better too order from a chippy after 9 . Not fresh .

I had smoked sausage supp gew weeks back god knows how long the smoke sausage had been lying in fryer it was soft and crumbling when i cut into it and the chips were rotten looked like reheats. I thought i would give them the benifit of the doubt and get a delivery pizza was over cooked and the chips were rotten once again same as before reheats. Not going back i used to think it was the best chippy in Whitburn but its went downhill since they changed the head fryer

Pizza supper was burnt and chips were all bad

Ordered chips and cheese, came with a dusting of cheese if youre lucky

Chips werent even cooked right and the chicken was barely cooked. Rushed and flung into a wrapper. Was also cold. Ill not be going back.

Food was cold,rank rotten.wont order from here again
