2.5 hours for delivery

I had smoked sausage supp gew weeks back god knows how long the smoke sausage had been lying in fryer it was soft and crumbling when i cut into it and the chips were rotten looked like reheats. I thought i would give them the benifit of the doubt and get a delivery pizza was over cooked and the chips were rotten once again same as before reheats. Not going back i used to think it was the best chippy in Whitburn but its went downhill since they changed the head fryer

Pizza supper was burnt and chips were all bad

Ordered chips and cheese, came with a dusting of cheese if youre lucky

Chips werent even cooked right and the chicken was barely cooked. Rushed and flung into a wrapper. Was also cold. Ill not be going back.

The chips were hard and tasted stale. The wrong order was sent then 40 mins it too to get the rest out. Pizza tasted like it was fried in dirty oil. The first delivery driver practically threw the food at me. Lady on the phone was nice and helpful

Only half the irsee turned up. Waited an hour and a half for the rest of it .

Chicken wings were soggy , chips soggy and burgers looked like they had been thrown together!

Previous orders were delicious, this one was not very warm, food didnt taste fresh and a bit overcooked. Disappointed.

Frozen

Food arrived cold, pizza crust was burnt. Kebab mear was very dry, looked reheated. Normally good from here by wasnt impressed this time

They did not deliver the food to the right house I dont think. I didnt receive food

Scampi was soggy and the crumb on the special fish was half an inch thick, very disappointing. Jalepino bombs were great as usual.

The chip's were solid and cold and the pizza crunch was hard to chew

Whoever answers the phone doesnt have a clue! Told me my doner pizza doesnt come with salad or sauce which it usually does,but I just agreed and paid for sauce,food came with 2 salads and enough sauce to drown someone

Was freezing and tastes really bad please send refund as my 3 year old was sick after eating this

The calzones are disgusting dry bread and dry meat, a calzone is meant to have chilli sauce inside it, also the batter on the chip shop side is like rubber no crunch at all to it.

Order not very good.no cheese with salad.half the normal amount of tuna mostly all onion and lettuce.wont be back

Order was fine but fish was very boney

This is the 3rd time in a row I have had items missing in my order. Waited another hour and 1 ten minutes for missing items to delivery and by that time family members didn't want the food as we had waited too long. Ali's refused to issue refund but offered to delivery fresh order but i refused as family members had made something to eat as couldn't wait any longer. Will never order from this takeaway again ☹
