Food was cold when we received it and looked like it had been dragged and thrown about before delivery

The donner meat wrap was absolutely stinking and slimy like fish I phoned up the company and complained about it the food was greasy and just disgusting very terrible 😡😡

Chips were disgusting and baked potato was like a dugs dinnerwont be back!

I won't be ordering from them again; I wouldn't recommend them. The food was awful.

Order 2 hours late had to call twice to confirm

Chips werent fresh hardly any sauce and juice was out of date

Ordered two chips and cheese both were freezing and 10 minutes past the delivery time, chips were that cold I cheese had even melted. Felt like we were eating raw potatoes

Food order was wrong, cold and tasteless. £25 of food in the bin after a few bites! Normally food here is good but not sure what has changed.

The order arrived promptly, but half the order was wrong. Instead of the chicken box, we recieved a chippy box of sausage, scotch pie etc. The sauces were also wrong receving brown sauce instead of garlic mayo. We thought 10:45 was too late to call the takeaway, so we didnt. Disappointed son he didnt eat any. Shame, because the food tastes great.

Got the wrong order , wanted mixed kebab got normal but thats cool was hungry so couldnt be bothered sending back etc but it wasnt great , prob wouldnt order again

Very greasy

The order took a lot longer than estimated and there was no sauce in the bag which should have been. I would have called but had waited too long as it was.

Very salty all round. Kebab tasteless and burger extremely bland, also.

2nd time using Ali,sOrdered food and drink and only food arrived,, phoned up to Ali,s and spoke to a lady and told her that my drink i ordered and paid for was not with the order, she told me she would look into it and get it sorted, no return phone call and no bottle of juice delivered that was 4 days ago, if a customer orders and pays for something then they should recieve it, mistakes happen however no one thought it was important enough to sort it, very dissapointed

Food was really greasy and cold. I know its a chippy and you expect grease from a supper but it was really bad to the point where I couldnt eat it

Didnt get what I had ordered

The checken wasn't fresh on the pizza! I ordered a chicken hamburger and I got a normal greezy one! I've to put everything to the bin!

Long wait time, and poor food

Waited nearly 2 hours after calling twice and lriginally being told 50 mins food was disgusting when it came cheese on pizza was like rubber and pasta all congealed together because of how long it had sat the cream was like jelly actually a waste of nearly 30 pound
