Pizza was cold and nowhere near the size it shouldve been. Zero to no sauce on supper as requested.

Sent wrong wrap had to wait 3 hour for proper meal i orderd to be sent then chicken donner went ryt through me and only had 2 bites never again will i order from us again

Donner Calzone was really greasy, there was more cheese than donner meat, base was burnt. Was binned after two bites

Ordered the meat Calzone and it was lovely but not as warm as we would have liked and the fries were cold. Because of the quality of the Calzone I would get it again but collect it instead of delivery.

Took 2 hrs to be delivered. Chips were soggy and greasy and had a strange taste

Food was rotten curry sauce was like water

Food was stone Cold and didnt taste nice at all most all went in the bin

Placed order to be delivered for 18:40 and it arrived at 17:56 partner was not home at this time so his food went cold

Got my order wrong sent portion of donner meat instead of CHICKEN donner,orders are wrong quite often

The food is always better when you go and collect there was about 5 good chips in the portion the rest were all like scraps

I waited over 3 hours for the delivery.

Waited hours on delivery place has now closed and no delivery showed

Absolutely love it here only thing is sometimes they give me the wrong order its happened about 2 or 3 times now.

Pizza and hoggie was great the chips and fritters were disgusting soggie and the burger tasted offal

Poor service i had phone up wondering where mine and my girlfriend food was and eventually it had arrived but my food hadn't shown and i checked if i ordered it and i had so i phoned up again and i even had the manager on the phone she agreed that the price was to high and so they said to me that they would send another one out and a hour goes by and i phoned up again to let them know and i had someone extremely rude on the other side saying that I hadnt paid for two and wasnt sending another on out the order i had was two hoagies and two ice cream and it had came to £27.60 and they want me to pay for another hoagie they only gave me a 15% discount and i find it disgusting that the manager even agree with me then the next guy had said i wasnt getting food

Haggis with literally no batter on it do its soaked in grease.Greasy chips.....no good.

Waited 20 minutes past my collection time then when got home order was incorrect.

Although food was delivered in less than 1 hour. Food was cold , chips were dry total re- heats.

Phoned at 11.10pm to see where it was didnt turn up to 11.45am didnt eat any of it was freezing cold and dry and hard, was not edible. asking them to come back and collect today for full refund.
