Chips were brick hard. They are normally good but those ones we're terrible

Pizza was ok, mozzarella stick too but portion of donner meat uneatable. Taste like it was boiled and have at leats couple days..

It was all thick with grease couldn't eat it

Ordered for collection for 7pm. Turned up bang on 7pm. They couldn't find my order. Then had to wait 20 minutes in the shop whilst they made it. Super annoying. I had a mixed chicken kebab which was good. The chicken doner is lovely but the bbq and tikka chicken was very dry. Chilli sauce is excellent. My friend had the 12" munchie box. Warning: This could easily feed 3 or 4 people. 95% of it went in the bin. It's basically crammed full of the most tasteless, dry, cheap rubbish that you can think of. The doner meat is the worst either of us have ever tasted. The fritters and onion rings were chewy and incredibly bland. It was less than an hour old when I emptied it into the bin and the whole thing was congealed together with all the fat and grease in it. Literally disgusting. It's also pretty expensive but you do get an incredible amount of food. In my opinion they need to focus more on quality than quantity. I'd rather eat much less great food than stuff myself full of poorly prepared food. Seems no one takes pride in doing a good job these days. It was also dead in peak time Saturday night which says a lot.First time using Ali's and it will also be my last.

Order wrong and cold. Waited a further 90 mins on a replacement before cancelling.Its really uncommon for this chip shop not to be excellent, obviously just a bad day!

Food good as per usual but we had no salad or sauce with the calzones. I even paid for an extra tub of chilli sauce which I also didnt receive.

Food was not freshly made. Batter was tough and chewy, not crisp. King rib was dry, and did not taste like king rib. We were unable to eat meals. Extremely disappointed and still hungry. Waste of £20! Will not be purchasing any food from here again!!

Chips were soggy and tasted rubbery Smoked sausage and sausages were soggy and inedible

The garlic pizza with cheese had no cheese and it was burnt tasted terrible. There was no garlic dip either

Ordeed pizza and chips,pizza arrived contents were all.to oneside of the box, chips weren't with order had to wait 20 minutes for them arriving by which time pizza had bee eaten as was going cold,unfortunately this is the 2nd time this has happened to us as the 1st time we said we wouldnt purchase again from them. So decided to use again and yet again same thing happened wont be ordering again

The shop was showing as open on Scoffable but was actually shut so waited 2.5 hours for my delivery and when it came the chips at the bottom were clearly last nights re-heats and the donner meat was the same but not heated so was like tyre rubber. Chicken donner was only bit edible. Definitely will not be using again as not the first time food has been awful

Got a chicken tikka hoggie from here chicken was like rubber and was not tikka it was disgusting every bit went in bin deffo wont be back a waste of £12.50

Unfortunately wasnt very nice, chips were pretty under cooked

My order took far too long to arrive even though I provided directions, but if they don't take the time to look at the special or additional instructions on the receipt slip then it defeats the purpose.My order arrived 2 hours after it being accepted and obviously it was lukewarm, so first & last as far as I am concerned.👎
