Quality of ingredients very poor. Chicken mayo like rubber. Very unpleasant.

This place is disgusting, sent out soup that was nothing more than a cup of hot tasteless water with uncooked hard vegetables in it, zero taste. I was fine to keep the rest of the order and request a refund for the soup, however 5 minutes later i pulled a long hair out my mouth that was buried into my chips. They REFUSED to issue me with a full refund as they always wear hairnets when preparing food not this time it seems. Sometimes you just need to admit youre wrong and sent out a disgusting meal. £21.50 i paid for half a panini, because the soup and chips were either horrible or had someones hair in it. The rest of the panini was binned once the hair was found. The woman on the phone when i phoned up to complain never apologised just sat quietly not knowing how to respond. I was prepared to take the soup refund and leave it at that however customer service was a shambles. Scamming there way into a business. Whoever made that batch of soup is due the sack.

Been a regular customer for ages now but recently a lot of our orders have been wrong. Missing items mainly. This time it was the lettuce missing from one of the baguettes. I double checked the order and I definitely asked for it. Whoever is making up these orders needs to read them properly. If my next order is wrong then you will lose a regular customer.

Unfortunately it wasn't good this time. Normally I give them a good review but today my order was late, panini came cold and they got part of my order wrong.

Ordered a tuna and cheese baguette, Just a tuna baguette turned up. Not the end of the world but still not great.

Delivery was later by over 30minutes than advised then 50% of order was incorrect

took over an hour n a half to come the ice cream was more like whipped cream n just balls of frozen bits of ice. toasty had onions on it that we did not request.

Food was okay, service was not bad, charged 20p too much!!

Toastie and panini were freezing. Not helped by the fact they were packed in with the juices. I didnt even get my fill order, items were missing. Wont be ordering again.

Food stone cold as driver went to an address the opposite end of bathgate, peppers instead of sweetcorn on the panini and banana milkshake tasted rank. Baked potato once heated was tasty.

I ordered an oreo milkshake and when it was delivered, the milk was out of date, the drink was sour and tasted NOTHING like an oreo. And due to the time of delivery, I couldn't refund it or ask for money off my next order. Terrible food service, won't be ordering again.take this as a lesson learned to check the fucking fridge dates

Wasnt satisfied 😕

I waited for just over 2 hours, said it had been delivered well before it actually came I called but got no answer 3 times before getting someone on the phone to be told they couldnt contact there driver. I understand when things are busy but communication is key. Not a happy customer

Not the best - Potato was watery . And tasteless added ingredients that were not requested on the baked potato not impressed used ti be pretty good

Terrible service forgot my latte and didnt read the propwr instructions for the order so gor it wrong asked for a lemon and rasberry emipre biscuit and a regular one gave 2 lemon ones asked for peppers on my cornation chicken baguette and ended up putting it on the opposite one and the person doesnt like peppers need to learn to read order before just putting it togwther and need to start getting orders right absolutely terrible service for a food delivery learn to get the orders right
