Chicken in stir fry was over cooked. The noodles were over cooked

soggy burger. so called fillet wasn't a fillet at all, but a slither of reconstituted chicken dipped in batter. chips were a mouthful of grease. will NEVER buy from here again

the milkshakes where watery and had barely any flavour to them the food was dry and unpleasant to eat

Food was disguising bread was really mushy

Delivered crisps that were over 2 months out of date

Never got eaten box was full of grease eggs looked brown sausage looked raw was terrible will never order again waste of money

Ordered bolognese and got chilli con carne beef instead with the pasta. Also took almost 2hrs and was stone cold wont ordering again. Blatant mistake from staff, refusing to own up and provide refund. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately there was no salad on either burger we got sauce we didnt ask for and chips were cold and some undercooked. The roll and Lorna sausage was a roll and links which my son doesnt like. This is very unfortunate as my daughter orders a lot and this is our first bad experience but almost all hot food was binned.

Was given wrong item

I ordered this afternoon and the driver took the juice out my hand and walked away and never returned it when I contacted the shop.

The food was good but the driver stole my change I handed him money he sed he was going back to his car to get change and he just drove off totally unacceptable please get new drivers

I ordered two stovies. They were nothing like stovies. Watery and tasteless also had turnip in it. Just wrong we were so disappointed and the food went in the bin

Freezing cold food and taken an hour and a half to arrive

I want a refund

Order was late and I understand it was busy. But then wrong order completely was sent and they denied it was the wrong order. Offered them screenshots and a refund was verbally agreed. Im still waiting on the refund and believe they will attempt not to pay out at all. Terrible service of a place Ive used for years.
