This is the second time the baguettes have had mostly lettuce, a load of red onion & so little tuna i could barely taste it.Not worth the money as they're tasteless apart from the lettuce & a load of onion to fill it.

Ive been getting tuna mayo & salad baguettes for months from there but this time they were rubbish.Could hardly taste the tuna at all there was so little on them all i could taste was lettuce & red onion it seems there was about half a red onion on each baguette, not good.Whoever made the teas never bothered to take the teabags out.

Took nearly 2 hours for me to get my stuff, when I got it I ordered a panini and got a baguette instead, the stuff was actual frozen cold, would not recommend, and I will tell folk to stay away from them

Bad review again! I give up with this place. Order was wrong. I asked for honey chilli chicken and what I got was totally different. The only reason I keep coming back is because I absolutely love the honey chilli chicken. So angry and disappointed. Too many bad orders now.

Still waiting for my refund for another order where the baguettes were solid and stale. Today's order was wrong. I asked for diet coke and you sent me coke zero. Not the same thing at all. My husband is not happy. Used to love ordering here. I don't know what has happened.

I ordered a chicken mayo toastie and it came lile hot bread. Soggy couldnt even eat it.went straight in the bin.

Ordered a baguette and it didnt come with any of the toppings I asked for on it, got the filling I wanted but none of the salad choices

2 hours for delivery and no call to advise there would be a delay. Simply saying youre busy is unacceptable, provide appropriate delivery times in that case. Different item given but no call to check if substitute was suitable.

The food was terrible was disgusting

Constantly sending out stuff not on the order to replace things that are on the order should be calling to see what customer to like to exchange or refund if none in stock instead of putting random things they dont even know if you like

Order arrived a bit later than expected but all good there. Ordered pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream - got pancakes with strawberries whipped cream AND bananas!!! I never picked bananas, am allergic to bananas. Isnt that why we have the option to choose what I want to put on them???
