Constantly sending out stuff not on the order to replace things that are on the order should be calling to see what customer to like to exchange or refund if none in stock instead of putting random things they dont even know if you like

Food was cold and rubber waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery which is ridiculous not nice service at all.

Order arrived a bit later than expected but all good there. Ordered pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream - got pancakes with strawberries whipped cream AND bananas!!! I never picked bananas, am allergic to bananas. Isnt that why we have the option to choose what I want to put on them???

Cold can of juice wrapped next to hot meal and cake in the same carrier bag!Cake melted & the juice cooled the meal down resulting in lukewarm at best meal. Disappointed

Had an issue the other day and got a reply saying must be doing something right as I ordered today again let me clarify this I ordered again as I received my slush puppie a day later with a refund for it so rude the reply if u ask me not great customer service to be honest dont mess someones order up and expect them to be happy about it

Ordered 2 baguettes with a slush puppie got my baguettes didnt receive my drink though called them and said it would get delivered could be an hour as there was no delivery due for where I live didnt arrive an hour later called them back and was told 25 mins didnt arrive after 45 minutes tried to call them back just rang out was closed for delivery had to contact scoffable to get a refund for my drink, appalling service and wasted my time dont recommend them at all will just tell you what u want to hear and dont even make the effort to make things right terrible service

Slush puppy missing also put toastie in with cold juice so toasted was wet and cold

Baked potato was cold and had big black hair in it shop refused to take responsibility as everyone in shop has blonde hair absolutely disgusting customer service
