We ordered a baguette, one of the fillings was supposed to have Brie but instead had Mozzarella in its place. I think it wouldve been better for the shop to have phoned and asked if this was OK as it wasnt what was asked for.

Took an hour and 45 mins to phone up and be told wont be till another half hour so asked for my money back and stil no sign of refund

The panni arrived soggy and cold, was more like a tomato fajita than a proper fajita. Cheese was like plastic, they had just put a random bag of crips in, juice was warm. The slush was like flavoured water

I bought a Meal and the only thing that came was my panini, no crisps or juice that I had paid for. Contacted them and not for a response

Food was terrible. Guessing it doesnt travel well as usually its good from the shop

Food was nice , however packaging could be improved as the ice cream was all over the bag , my juice and panini packaging .

Estimated delivery time was 1 hour.. it ended up being 2 hours & 40 minutes and then just left at the door as the car sped away.

Wasn't the best chip where soild and chicken was soggy

Never again... over 2 hours for a delivery of cold food what started off as a late lunch lead to an early cold dinner 🤷🏻

Coronation Chicken was chicken tikka cheese was not melted on the toastie

Was an hour and a half wait. Toastie was cold, and sent the wrong cheesecake. Wont be back

Food was over an hour late. Icing on doughnuts was melted and looked gross. Very bad service. Wont order again from them .

Phoned me because an item I ordered was out of stock but I was still charged for it and no refund has been received.

The food was good and they got everything right it was just the delivery service I did not like as it took over an hour to come and when I phoned they werent that helpful

Took about an hour and a half for food to be delivered. The food was tasteless, no seasoning, a total disappointment! Never again! 🤢
