I ordered soup that came and it was basically water! Also got given the wrong change back so also out of pocket!

Estimated delivery time was 1 hour.. it ended up being 2 hours & 40 minutes and then just left at the door as the car sped away.

Wasn't the best chip where soild and chicken was soggy

Never again... over 2 hours for a delivery of cold food what started off as a late lunch lead to an early cold dinner 🤷🏻

Coronation Chicken was chicken tikka cheese was not melted on the toastie

Was an hour and a half wait. Toastie was cold, and sent the wrong cheesecake. Wont be back

Food was over an hour late. Icing on doughnuts was melted and looked gross. Very bad service. Wont order again from them .

Order was 2 hours late and came cold

Phoned me because an item I ordered was out of stock but I was still charged for it and no refund has been received.

The food was good and they got everything right it was just the delivery service I did not like as it took over an hour to come and when I phoned they werent that helpful

Took about an hour and a half for food to be delivered. The food was tasteless, no seasoning, a total disappointment! Never again! 🤢

Spicy coronation chicken baguette was to have salad on it and there was none on it just cheese

Butter on baguette when cant eat due to allergies

Ordered at 1.20pm with 1 hour waiting time. At 3pm I called the shop to ask where my food was to be told they never received it. Scoffable told me the shop accepted my order at 1.20pm. Each blaming the other. Won't be back.

Was nothing like before the chicken was dry poorly made wrap

Disapointed with the panini i ordered as it was burnt coukd smell it before i opened it.

Ordered a turkey and ham baguette, caramel donut, cheese baguette and coffee cake slice.There was no ham on the baguette, and I took a bite out of it. Upon taking a second bite I noticed there was blood on the baguette, as I was swallowing. Something in the baguette cut my lip open. The caramel donut was way out of date and was rock hard. Will never go back
