Only ordered a chicken korma an they cant even get that right. Worst Ive ever had. Watered down tripe. Naan bread was undercooked an mushroom rice was like tinned mushrooms an boil in the bag rice. Even the pompa doms were stale. Really cant believe it has a good rating.

1 hour and 40 mins late

Usually fantastic but 2 dishes that are normally really mild (Saag and chasni) were very spicy and ruined the meal as we could not eat them. Really disappointing

The chicken meat in the Byriani was dry and over cooked The chilli chicken taste was so different from what i am used to so not an enjoyable experience delivery was good though

The order took almost 2 hours to arrive, this after calling 1hr 20 mins after placing original order.When it came the food was lukewarm, the chicken in the biryani was very dry.

Arrived cold, reheated chips, full of batter the juice was warmer than the food. Terrible.

Ordered through Scoffable with collection timing, still waited 30 minutes and then they still missed out half my order, so had to wait another 10 minutes before all ready, can only imagine the problems I would have had if it was being delivered.

Food only arrived once I called to chase up after an hour and a quarter. When it did arrive one dish was lukewarm at best and the pieces of chicken were far too big. That's 2 orders in a row that have been below the normal excellent standard.

Rice was cold curry was too spicy nan bread was stale waste of money I will never get a take away again

Great food from the bay leaf ... but delivery time was not so good after receiving a message to say 1 hour delivery time ... food arrived 1-3/4hrs later..Called bay leaf after 1hr 30mins to be told hadnt forgot but was on its way ...As I mentioned great food but delivery was poor

Starters were dried up yesterdays

Just the same as all the other local Indian takeaways. Microwaved meals with overcooked, dry chicken.Limp and soggy bread. I couldn't eat it.

The food was cold wasnt impressed we had to re heat the food i wasnt keen on the food much either

It was 2 hours before it arrived, I phoned after an hour and a quarter and got told 15 minutes. The nam bread when it arrived was thick and tasteless, the meal itself was okay, but too late to be enjoyed.

Food was lovely, took 1.5 hours to come though.

Chicken was dry and lamb was quite chewy. Usually love Bayleaf, but didnt think this was anywhere near as good as their usual standard.

Having used Bay Leaf many times which is usually excellent, this order was sub-standard. It was luke warm and did not have the same depth of flavour as it normally does. At nearly £50 for 1 starter and 3 main meals, a premium takeaway price, this order fell short of expectations and was disappointing.

usually have a good meal to!!! nan bread was cold and dry and my main course rice and main were both cold on delivery. chicken pakora for starters were only luke warm and again dry.
