They forgot about my order, it was almost 2hours from order to delivery, I called them and to ask about delivery, they asked how I ordered, I said Scoffable, then he found order slip, said it would be another 25 mins, just a hungry customer.

The food arrived cold and following an hour and a half wait, this despite calling at over an hour to be told five more minutes.Ordered from there for years because the food is good and delivery reliable, a real disappointment.

Char grilled chicken ended up being non char grilled but instead dry chicken. Char grilled was the pull for this dish...Korma was a strange flavour.The driver begged for a tip which was very weird then walked straight across the lawn that has a keep of lawn marker sticking out of the ground.Award winning Bay Leaf...this was far from what I expected.

My husband enjoyed his bhuna however the korma was terrible. I don't know what was going on with it but either someone had dumped a load of salt in it or more likely the cream used was on the turn. I managed to eat a few pieces of the chicken but had to throw the majority of it out. It's been a while since we had a takeaway from here and for cost of it to have thrown half of it away it will be a long time before we're back.

Pakora is bland no seasoning and spices in the batter. Pakora sauce is bland and doesnt have a nice flavour. Spices arent right. Spiced onions are bland and too dry not enough sauce and amount. Quality of chicken isnt great.

My curry was swimming in oil/fat and cold! Defo wont eat from here again disappointed as heard good reviews

Had heard really good things about Bay Leaf. Very disappointing, over priced, tasteless Good portion sizes for curries but didn't taste right at all, both Korma and Pathia tasted overwhelmingly of onion. Very small naan. Much better offerings from other Indian takeaways in the area. Won't be back

This is only the second time ordering from here and both times ive had a problem. The first time i actually cancelled the order and got a refund. This time they gave me a wait time of 1 hour, after 1hr 40 minutes i phoned the restaurant to be told it had been delivered!! When i assured them it definitely hadnt, i then had to wait for it to be made and delivered again. Not great service!

I have always had my Indian food from here. The menu has understandably been cut back, we are in difficult times. It is very basic now. Disappointed the onion bhajis have gone. My curry was okay but the pershawi Nan was soggy, very little filling in it so it mainly tasted of the Nan. Most of it went in the bin. My food was expensive, it needs to be excellent.

When i ordered it gave me an estimate time of 20 minutes, which i did think was pretty quick but after 1 hour and 15 minutes it still hadnt arrived so i phoned and cancelled and asked for a refund. 15/20 minutes later it turned up but i refused it. First time using the Bay Leaf and not a great impression.

I ordered mango chicken tikka as a main course but when it came they gave me it as a starter which is the much smaller portion. When I phoned up to raise my issue I couldn't get through, I phoned the next day and was made out to be a liar. The food is excellent but I will no longer order from here

Didnt like any of the food. Was a waste of money.

Only ordered a chicken korma an they cant even get that right. Worst Ive ever had. Watered down tripe. Naan bread was undercooked an mushroom rice was like tinned mushrooms an boil in the bag rice. Even the pompa doms were stale. Really cant believe it has a good rating.

Usually fantastic but 2 dishes that are normally really mild (Saag and chasni) were very spicy and ruined the meal as we could not eat them. Really disappointing
