Hi Victoria. I am very sorry the bacon wasn't to your liking. The majority of our customers prefer crispy bacon. There is a special instructions section where you can make requests to custom your order.

I geloads of deliveries and always to a high standard but this is the 2nd time on a weekend order that the bacon I've been given has just been leftover scraps and stuck together. My dog enjoyed it but I didn't. Sorry 😕

I ordered a hot dog with grated cheese and they sent me one with horrible nacho cheese. I tired to call to complain and got no answer. I then went to have my blueberry muffin and they sent me a dry horrible choc chip that had about 5 pieces of chocolate. Id not recommend

Hi Cheryl, all our hot dogs come with nacho cheese sauce as per the menu description. Im sorry it wasn't to your taste. I have checked your order & you didn't order a blueberry muffin, you did in fact order a choc chip muffin, which were fresh out the same morning. Looking at our phone records your call came in once cafe was closed for orders, so yes unfortunately your call was unanswered.I am disappointed that you would not recommend , as you have been a returning customer.

Bacon was burnt to a crisp pinni was not toasted cheese was not even melted wont be back

Roll was soggy, black pudding brick hard, egg had black bits stuck to it and I honestly think the beans my son had were sieved as there wasn't any bean gravy to be seen...........contacted scoffable and they weren't much use as apparently the restaurant said it was of s great standard .......pffffft I'd hate to see their bad standard... Even the dog turned it nose up when offered
