Placed order for 7pm which was confirmedby brain freeze for 7pm. A taxi driver arrived at 5.55pm with a delivery over an hour early. It was the hot waffles and ice cream. Why would I order something for 7 and it arrives before 6? Brain freeze states that it was delivered within a timely manner an hour early is a timely manner to them. Were we were to have dessert before dinner or even before people arrived so that I wasnt dishing up milk on cold soggy waffles. They refused to replace or refund as they think this is acceptable practice not to read an order to see when delivery is required. I wont make another order with them as they obviously cannot read instructions or tell time. The ice cream 3 scoops per tub x 2 wasnt even 1/2 full and the waffles were burnt Thanks Scoffable they have refunded the cost maybe this incompetent ice cream parlour should look more closely at orders in future

Nearly 2 hours for delivery. Very poor

Our order was over 40 minutes late, took almost 2 hours to arrive (im 10 mins up the road) Then finally it got here and the ice cream was melted and a milkshake was missing. Utterly abysmal serivce, wont be back.

When I ordered the wait time was 1hr 45min, I called to cancel as this would mean it was arrive at 10.15pm, I was assured that this wouldnt be this long and only 45mins, it in fact took 1hr 30mins, was just about to go to bed when it arrived. Food itself was nice let down by service.

Strawberries didnt seem fresh the Nutella didnt taste like it and the cookie dough was over done. Waste of money

Waited over two hours for order. Phoned ad was told no one had put the order into the system so wasnt even made. Arrived cold still! Almost 3 hours from ordering to actually receiving it!

Ordered three items, one didn't arrive, one was wrong, one was OK. Called them to let them know and they sent out the correct ones.

Put nutella on waffle when asked not to never got anything i asked for either

Forgot the sprinkles off the order. Son was in tears. A small thing in terms of money, massive to a 5 year old.

delivery always takes too long

Waited 1 Hour and 20 mins and no sign of my order. I dont even wait that long for a chinese. Atrocious company. Stick with Igloo much better.
