Just packed with chips. Very little meat in wrap. And no sauce.

I ordered a hoggie wrap and asked for salad with no onion on it but they desided to put no salad on. It was way to spicy donner meat so I had to put wrap apart so wasted half of wrap

4 topping from my pizza were missing. Didn't have time to reorder and wait.I ordered Salami pizza. What I got was a 10" with a few slices of pepperoni and that's it. This was last pizza from you as it's the 3rd strike.On a positive note, your chip shop food is fantastic just a shame the pizzas are a let down

My mince pie was hard and had to throw it to the birds everything else was ok

Great haggis and doner calzone but the mince pie was disgusting, you would think it was an old one!

I would like to complain about my order that I received tonight. It was late. And the food was awful. Everything tasted like it had been sat for days. The donor wrap was really greasy, the onions rings were mostly not in batter and really hard. The Calzone was not the correct one I ordered. I phoned to add onto my online order, this was for a Turkish Calzone and we received an Italian. The chips with the sausage super were not edible and again the sausage was like it had sat out for days. Not fresh at all and very disappointed as this is where we normally order. My stomach has been somersaulting since I had some of my wrap and I've just lost what I did consume. Not happy at all.

The food was cold.The pizza was burnt and the burnt was all you could taste. I complained and they said theres nothing wrong with it.

Initially was told it would be 20 to 25 min max for delivery but took an hour. Poor quality food which was unexpected as we have ordered from here in the past and it was ok. Wont be using them again Im afraid.

Took payment and didn't deliver... Shop was closed and not answering by the time it got beyond a joke

Sent the complete wrong order, tried phoning for an hour after it was delivered and never got an answer will not be back

First time i have ever ordered from them. The food was very over cooked and dried up, we couldnt eat most of it.

Was not happy cause we did not get any chicken on our pizza and we order from there a lot

I ordered bake potato with cheese coleslaw and kebab meat home made steak pie supper my bake potato was squashed cheese and coleslaw was mushed into it NO kebab meat the steak pie was upside down on the chips and it was all mush chips and pie was not nice I only order from bravo 1 wont be doing it again

The brown sauce the food was swimming in was horrible. Binned most of it

Order never arrived . So I phoned after 1 he said it was in its way then they phoned me and said what was your order and said it was lost Si I cancelled it and won’t be using them again

I had part of my meal substituted with a rank deep fried burger that the batter was so tough that it broke one of my teeth

Ordered food and chocolate, Both bars came and out of date, mouldy when opened

Ordered two pizzas and both were burnt completely couldn’t eat them as tasted of charcoal

Food arrived cold & over 2 hours late
