Ordered a large chicken kebab got 10 bits of chicken in a pita bread which isnt the usual from this chippy this is my go to chippy and will possibly be the last time ordering from here my partner ordered a fish supper and the chips were like they had been sitting for a few hours and tasted and looked old not the usual standards but the standards have definitely slipped

I dont usually complain but my mince pie was to hard to eat did not enjoy it at all

I have woke up with the worse upset stomach and the pizza was freezing

Bought a 12" Calzone and it's the worst I have ever had. First of all the size has reduced drastically the chicken and donar meat was dry and like cardboard there was no pepper's, onion or mozzarella cheese in it it went straight into the bin !!!!

Ordered , delivery confirmed for an hour , closer to two hours , unacceptable , food luke warm???, wont be back !!

The pastry on the pie was hard and uneatable. Went in the bin. Food is usually ok but not good tonight.

Food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive. Then when arrived, 2 chips were missing sauce and a full meal was missing. Phoned back. Told they would remake the missing item and deliver it in under 30 minutes. An additional hour passed, phoned back to ask for an update and the lady on the phone hung up on me. Missing item finally arrived over an hour later. Incredibly poor service would avoid at all costs.

Wont be eating from here again absolutely shocking I ordered a donner hoagie and now am extremely unwell

Chicken nuggets dry and rubbery,spicy haggis and sausages had a funny taste,chips not very good,dont think il be ordering from here again

Asked for lots of chippy sauce recieved a snall tub. Chips looked liked been lying all day. They were all discoloured

Delivery was late , food cold wont rush back

Bravo is usually a very good chippy but tonight was exceptionally bad quality. Hopefully it was a one off.

Chips were chewy , seen more meat on a butchers pencil than in my kebab , even the salad was more like a sour krout than a chopped cabbage

Waited over 1 hour for a pizza and chips, chips were okay no salt sauce or vinegar.Pizza was cold, order was £18 and I live next to the post office and I had to pay £22? No to amused

Doner roll was rubbery and made me ill.

Wrap was completely burnt and greasy salad wasnt fresh my little sister is now completely ill because of the food

The chips were cold and inedible, which is a shame because I normally love Bravos, but this time was bad

We order takeout a lot and Bravo would probably be our choice 90% of the time. Unfortunately last nights food was BAD! I could not eat mine. Goodness knows what they did with the pizza. It was like a pancake and tasted terrible. The chips were re-cooked. Basically, I could not eat mine at all and husband had a goof attempt. Waste of money!!! The delivery driver was lovely! No complaints there.Theres no point complaining to Bravo, the owner is completely rude. What a shame, Bravo!!!!

Chewy meat with little flavour. Lukewarm. Hardly ate any of it. Macaroni milky and runny could not eat it. Fish supper ok a bit oily and lukewarm

Used to love spring roll suppers from here but the burnt offerings I received last night were pretty disgusting. It was like they had not been defrosted properly before chucking into the fryer. Chips weren't that great either, mind you they never are.

Fish batter was abit chewy, also didnt recieve the 2 kids meal boxes

I got chips and keba meat it was full of grease the box was soaked and i asked for no sauce and their was garlic all over my meal

Order was all mixed up had issues contacting them about it
