The chips were cold and inedible, which is a shame because I normally love Bravos, but this time was bad

We order takeout a lot and Bravo would probably be our choice 90% of the time. Unfortunately last nights food was BAD! I could not eat mine. Goodness knows what they did with the pizza. It was like a pancake and tasted terrible. The chips were re-cooked. Basically, I could not eat mine at all and husband had a goof attempt. Waste of money!!! The delivery driver was lovely! No complaints there.Theres no point complaining to Bravo, the owner is completely rude. What a shame, Bravo!!!!

Chewy meat with little flavour. Lukewarm. Hardly ate any of it. Macaroni milky and runny could not eat it. Fish supper ok a bit oily and lukewarm

Used to love spring roll suppers from here but the burnt offerings I received last night were pretty disgusting. It was like they had not been defrosted properly before chucking into the fryer. Chips weren't that great either, mind you they never are.

Fish batter was abit chewy, also didnt recieve the 2 kids meal boxes

I got chips and keba meat it was full of grease the box was soaked and i asked for no sauce and their was garlic all over my meal

Order was all mixed up had issues contacting them about it

Got pizza and chips tonight. The pizza was just ok (they are usually lovely) but the chips were a massive let down! They looked like they were left overs from the day before and reheated! With the new chip shop opening youd think Bravo would up their game; I wont be back!

French fries went in bin 😞

Burgers werent very nice king rib was very dry and batter was hard been lying too long in heater totally dried out good side was the chips they were fine

Food wasnt great.chips hard, fish not great.battered mushrooms awful.time to look.for new takeaway.

We have ordered before from Bravos and usually experience great service and food. Unfortunately this time our order took more than 1 and a half hours to be delivered almost twice as long as was estimated when placed. When I phoned after 1 hour and 20 mins staff on the phone were curt, unapologetic and unable to let me know when I could expect my delivery. Food was barely luke warm when it arrived.

Pizza was car bored solid

Dont recommend this chippy at all wish I went with the one I originally was going to ordered 2 hogies and onion rings the onion rings where dry as anything and done in days old batter by the taste of it and the hogies werent even hogies they dont put the chips in or the sauce so whats the point its just a wrap with dinner/chicken and cheese absolute laziness wont be ordering again.

Most was great but i ordered fries with cheese salt and ketchup and i got vinegar and brown sauce i also ordered 2 buttered rolls and got plain rolls

Food arrived later than the estimated time given and I mean well later than the time, food also cold when arrived
