Special Fish was overcooked, chips werent great, ended up throwing half of them out

Not the normal standard chips cold and chicken dry

We have ordered before from Bravos and usually experience great service and food. Unfortunately this time our order took more than 1 and a half hours to be delivered almost twice as long as was estimated when placed. When I phoned after 1 hour and 20 mins staff on the phone were curt, unapologetic and unable to let me know when I could expect my delivery. Food was barely luke warm when it arrived.

Pizza was car bored solid

Dont recommend this chippy at all wish I went with the one I originally was going to ordered 2 hogies and onion rings the onion rings where dry as anything and done in days old batter by the taste of it and the hogies werent even hogies they dont put the chips in or the sauce so whats the point its just a wrap with dinner/chicken and cheese absolute laziness wont be ordering again.

Under cooked chicken

Most was great but i ordered fries with cheese salt and ketchup and i got vinegar and brown sauce i also ordered 2 buttered rolls and got plain rolls

Food arrived later than the estimated time given and I mean well later than the time, food also cold when arrived

The fish was disgusting it had obviously been left from lunchtime. Chips weren't much better. Will not be back!!!

Chips where been lying for a while

Food was terrible i now got stomach bug from it and my daughter is constantly thrown up

Ordered a donner wrap, and asked for cheese to be added, was told at the door I had to pay an extra £1.50 for cheese! The wrap was lukewarm, tasted off, had hard bits inside. It was disgusting. I never have any issues. But after this I wont be back.

Waited almost 1. 1/2 hours when t arrived was look warm, went in bin, couldnt get through when tried to ring. Delivery driver did say there were no bags that normally keep food warm. Disappointed

its june russell here sausage supper and chips not good and pasta no taste and my daughter was sick 3 times with it l wont order again fi june

Waited an hour and a half for delivery (estimated 50 mins). Called to be told they had a huge order going out so it would leave with that. When the food arrived, it was like it had been sitting keeping warm for ages. The fish was super dry and parts of it were inedible. Chips were nice. Wouldnt order again :(

Took 1 hour and 35 mins for them to deliver me a fish supper and single sausage and Im only 200 metres down the road from them. Called and asked where it was after an hour and theytold me it was on its way. Well it clearly wasnt as took another 35 mins to get to me. Unacceptable when its mid week too.
