Waited almost 1. 1/2 hours when t arrived was look warm, went in bin, couldnt get through when tried to ring. Delivery driver did say there were no bags that normally keep food warm. Disappointed

it just didnt turn up

its june russell here sausage supper and chips not good and pasta no taste and my daughter was sick 3 times with it l wont order again fi june

Waited an hour and a half for delivery (estimated 50 mins). Called to be told they had a huge order going out so it would leave with that. When the food arrived, it was like it had been sitting keeping warm for ages. The fish was super dry and parts of it were inedible. Chips were nice. Wouldnt order again :(

Delivery time was estimated at an hour but took way longer. Food was cold when it arrived.

Took 1 hour and 35 mins for them to deliver me a fish supper and single sausage and Im only 200 metres down the road from them. Called and asked where it was after an hour and theytold me it was on its way. Well it clearly wasnt as took another 35 mins to get to me. Unacceptable when its mid week too.

ordered a kebab with a mixed salad. only got cabbage, lettuce and atleast 2 slices of cucumber to try and bulk it up. hardly any sauce. a very small amount in the middle of the kebab not distributed across the kebab atall. was expecting a good amount of sauce all over the kebab which was not the case and a mixed salad to me would mean atleast tomato, onion, cabbage, lettuce and cucumber. was not enjoyed and will not be ordering again. Also i ordered a quarter pounder burger with chesse and it arrived with no cheese.

Arrived freezing cold an hour and ten minutes after ordering. The driver appeared at my door holding my food with the open end of the paper bag facing the wind, and no thermal bag in sight.

Very rarely do I complain about Bravo but dinner was cold and half our passed the estimated time !

It came almost 30 minutes late.It was cold,I had to put in microwave

Waited 2 hours for freezing cold food to come, on top of that they never gave me a calzone that was ordered. Still waiting for it 5 hours later as they wont offer a refund!

1.5hrs waited on a £45 order. Called twice and customer service was atrocious. At least have the decency to advise customers how long ago the order left the shop and when to expect it, rather than advise dont know when it left and dont know when youll receive it. Pizzas were dry and tasteless and hoagies came as donner wraps laying on a scatter of chips?

Did not enjoy the food as much. Chips in supper were soggy and greasy and the cheese on the fresh pizza once melted had a funny texture which did not taste pleasant. Normally the quality is very good but did not enjoy this time around.

Was ordered at 16:31 for 18:00 delivery accepted and finally got it at 18:32 got told they forgot the garlic bread and cheese

Didnt get any of the following I asked for in the instructions and the other night I ordered chips they came half cooked. Rotten

Ordered king rib supper and garlic and cheese bread all was look warm chips were rubbery put chips in bins

Food was quite cold which was disappointing as usually perfect

Very poor meal, there is a better chippy in Broxburn

The delivery was two hours instead of the 50 mins which it said it would be and the food was cold.

I ordered pakora garlic mushrooms garlic and herb dip as dont like chilli and cheese garlic bread ordered for half seven and didnt come till 19:55 almost every time I have to wait for longer delivery and getting fed up thinking going else where now

Disappointed this time not the usual service everything was cold and missing a pickle and no chilli sauce for kebab

Took you nearly an hour to go one street away to deliver one meal. Never ever salt the food like I ask, why even have an option box to tick for itdidnt do it last time I ordered either. You gave me bland chips to eat for my dinner with donner meat not seasoned either. Wont be back.

Ordered mixed small kebab put not in no chilli sauce please but please make sure I get spicy onions and my grilled peppers got to bottom no spicy onions or grilled peppers put in bucket in disgust never even got grilled onions yet again when will they listen to orders

No salad or chilli sauce on my Kebab.
