So i ordered a kids meal and the food taste discusting that i actally threw up and got food poisoned from it

I have found a hair in ma calzone and phoned them to put in a complaint and they said that they would come and pick it up for proof and they never. They said that they will give me a refund.

Pizza was cold, doughy, as barely any tomato sauce. Delivery was 1h 30min

Ordered food at 18.06 finally got it at 19.20 nearly cold when got it and ordered cream soda to get told was lemonade in order I said no it wasnt he said all I got need to pay more attention to times and whats on line

Fish and chips were barely warm when delivered, very unusual as food is usually piping hot

Ordered small mixed kebab everything on it except to much chilli sauce no grilled peppers and no spicy onions which I like dad had cod supper by time we got it it wasnt very hot

The food was cold when it arrived and wasnt enjoyed in the slightest had to put in the oven to heat it up which meant waiting longer for my food.

Two weeks in a row they have let me down. First weekend i ordered a large shish kebab and a double cheese burger: what i got was a small shish and single cheese burger. Order was £16! Second weekend i made a different order, £20, and they forgot the sauce, AGAIN! waited 40 minutes for the sauce to be delivered. I had to bin it all as it was then inedible. Has been good over the years but lately has went right downhill. Aldos it is for our Saturday night cheat meals from now on.

Late, very late, very cold and pizza had been dropped. Terrible service.

The massive delivery time and then when receiving food it was cold and number constantly busy so cannot get in touch with them

So my issue wasnt with the food but actually the girl driver delivering it. She chapped the door a couple times, called me once, she then hammered and I mean she hammered my door when my baby boy was in his bed asleep poorly. She also keeps parking on me and my neighbours paths which is destroying the concrete underneath!! Its not a driveway!! When I opened door she said she chapped loads of times and called me multiple times. She had a nippy tone, I told her never to hammer my door like that again because my boy was in bed. She then turned around and walked away muttering something to herself. Do not send her to my door again! She should park on the road not paths! Im livid

Asked for chips and cheese with salt vinegar and ketchup never got ketchup and other day ordered scampi and chips when it came it was cold but dad had steak pie and chips his was ok

Ordered meal at 5 pm didnt receive until 7 pm even though it said it would be an hour .

2 hour delivery

Always normally delighted with the service and quality. Tonight we waited almost 2 hours. Although food was hot it seems obvious that it has been kept warm while waiting on other orders being prepared to be delivered at same time. Fish was soggy and didnt appear freshly cooked and pizza was over cooked by being kept hot for too long before delivering. Very disappointed as usually of a high standard.

Really disappointed. I understand that Saturdays might be busier than normal but our order was cold and because of that more greasy than normal. It also took 1hr and 45mins to deliver. I did expect a little longer than 50mins but that was ridiculous.

Over an hour for delivery food disappointing! Bravo use to be good but food has went down hill quite a lot lately the last few orders have been meh

This order tonight was disgusting, chips were dried out and tasteless, fritter was hard and greasy, the worse order i have had from them

Ordered steak pie supper just salt on it and chip steak supper and single cheese n burger with salt vinergar and sauce nothing on it yet again third time wont be back soon dont pay attention to orders.

Ask for salt vinegar and sauce on dinner get it nothing on sick if not getting stuff complained to Scoffable and they offered to run it to me hour after it was eaten bravo please pick up your act and listen to orders as every where else does ie vitorioes at uphall station do
