The fish and chips, in fact everything was so greasy. The fish batter was limp, not crisp and the grease from the chips had soaked through the boxes. Left half of it, very disappointing and a total waste of money.

Amazing food and hot when arrived home thank you bravo

The order was delivered in roughly the right time but our only disappointment was that we asked for a lot of chippy sauce and we had nothing on our fish suppers. The rest was all good.

Fast and delivered in no time

Fish was a bit overcooked, hard, slightly burnt special fish batter. Other than that, Great.

Delivery took a very long time & they forgot can of juice & stuff for kids meal phoned up and finally dropped the stuff off at 22:30 totally ridiculous

I was aware I had to wait 50 minutes for my delivery but it eventually came nearer 70 minutes and was Luke warm at best. Also asked for salt and vinegar on the fish and chips and salt and sauce on the white pudding but both were devoid of condiments.

2 fish suppers, tasteless, bland 😒

This was the second time I've ordered from Bravo. The meal is good but the thing I miss is chips that are fried to a lovely golden-brown colour (and with occasional chips fried a bit beyond that colour). This seems to happen in all chippies nowadays - the chips are undercooked. Oh for the days when chippie chips were are a nice brown colour.
