My 2 Chicken nuggets were soggy. Chicken pakora was hard. Onion rings tasted awful. Best part was the hard pita bread and dry doner meat.

Chips wear cold

Got fish and chips...the chips were lovely but fish was bad...rubbery batter and hardly any fish inside it...must have been lying for a while

I asked for all the three sauces with my kebab and it came with none. Ruined the meal

pizza bases were dry.Kids meal was missing the juice and toy.

Cold and burnt

I did not mind waiting for an hour and a half if the food was hot!

Not up to usual standards. Always been the best fish and chips around but for some reason not tonight.

First delivery from Bravo tonight and first time trying their pizza. It was ok, a bit burnt on the bottom but the delivery took an hour and 40 minutes which really put me off. Still love Bravo's food but might just collect from now on.

No Point in ordering on a timeslot as I had to stand in shop for twenty minutes as they had forgot to put pizza in and all my other order was put in a hot cupboard so all the sauce heats out if the chips etc so was awful People off the street were coming and going so it was no difference to order online, total waste of time and poor quality food as it sat in a hot plate as I waited for pizza to be cooked

Smallest and tasteless fish supper i have ever tryed batter was just grease no even crispy/ mushrooms and cheese wer also very small and about 9 for a full portion very disappointed for the money will not ever be ordering from here a gain

Took over 2 hours to be delivered and then when it finally arrived it was the wrong order.

First time in years we ordered from bravo. Thought we would give it a go. The food arrived so late and was so bland we won't be rushing back

Everything tastes the same. Was far to greasy

The fish and chips, in fact everything was so greasy. The fish batter was limp, not crisp and the grease from the chips had soaked through the boxes. Left half of it, very disappointing and a total waste of money.

Delivery took a very long time & they forgot can of juice & stuff for kids meal phoned up and finally dropped the stuff off at 22:30 totally ridiculous

I was aware I had to wait 50 minutes for my delivery but it eventually came nearer 70 minutes and was Luke warm at best. Also asked for salt and vinegar on the fish and chips and salt and sauce on the white pudding but both were devoid of condiments.
