I was aware I had to wait 50 minutes for my delivery but it eventually came nearer 70 minutes and was Luke warm at best. Also asked for salt and vinegar on the fish and chips and salt and sauce on the white pudding but both were devoid of condiments.

2 fish suppers, tasteless, bland 😒

The food was not to it's usual quality standard (discarded meal )

My king rib was dry inside and batter all hard chucked in bucket first bad one from bravo dont think be ordering king rib in future

Said would be 45 mins and it was double that... forgot the chippy sauce... and the cans of juice were lukewarm...

Pasta sauce was very thick and lumpy for a carbonara

Order was 30 mins late and wrong items arrived. Really disappointing. Emailed Scoffable to be told that there was confusion and when I phoned shop was told it was because they were really busy so really confused why 2 stories.........

Chips were under cooked

Disappointed with the fact that 3 of the calzone were burnt. Had to cut pieces off before my children would eat it.Normally really good.

Ordered at 9.15pm delivered at 10.30pm after calling Bravo. Pizza slightly cold and ice cream melting.

We weren't happy at all tonight with our order. tonight it arrived cold & certainly wasn't freshly cooked. Ended up in the bin. Disappointed as its usually fresh & piping hot. I really should of rang & complned but after already waiting more than an hour for it to arrive didn't bother.

Ordered kebab no ssuce, it came covered in chilli sauce. They forgot my pizza so i didnt eat with my family as had to await another delivery.

Took 2 hours to deliver and dont know what cream sauce they use in there Carbonara but its not nice at all and very dry

Unfortunately my fish was not good, had to put in the bin.

My order took more than 1.5hours to arrive. They totally ignored my special instructions. I asked for no tomatoes in the salad but it came with tomatoes. I also asked for no mushrooms in munchie box, yet they gave 6 mushrooms and completely missed out on the chicken nuggets. There was not a single chicken nugget in that box. I also requested chippy sauce but didnt get a single drop. Very disappointing and feel cheated not getting the nuggets

Delivered to wrong address. Driver did not wait to confirm collection. Handed in by neighbour.

The two suppers we got were cold. The batter on the scampi was too tough. Quite frankly the whole order was a waste of money.
