Waited far too long for delivery and food was barely warm when it arrived.

Took over 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive after ordering and they never brought my garlic bread pizza so wont be using again .

Left the food outside my block of flats so it was freezing. I then asked for another and they made me wait 2 hours before saying that they would not send me another order

Not the best meal we have had from Bravo, not very warm, kebab turned up in pitta bread, not naan bread as described in the menu and 1 item missing from our order. Maybe a busy night so wont stop us ordering again to see.

I ordered curry sauce, but received a small portion of chip shop sauce

A hair was found in the munchie box and didnt have cheese in it when it was requested, the donor chips and cheese only had 2 of the 3 sauces(chilli, pakora and garlic) despite the pakora sauce is listed as an option didnt get it and the fritters didnt have chippy sauce on it despite being requested.

Disappointed that i paid £4.10 for a double cheese burger and it comes without chips!! Waited over an hour for delivery and i had to phone as drinks werent delivered. Poor service tonight! Usually dont have any complaints.

Order was incomplete was missing cheese on both orders phoned them up to inform them and took around 40 minutes to correct the situation with no form of compensation after taking an hour to deliver the order in the first place

We ordered from Bravo on Christmas Eve, our order arrived nearly two and a half hours later!! Absolute disgrace!! We use this service regularly but never have we had any issues at all such as this. Very dissatisfied.

Took an hour and a quarter for delivery on a Monday ! Ordered 4.35 arrived 5.45. Lots of excuses no delivery . My order must have been about the 1st in !

2 hours to recieve our food, in 2 different deliveries! First they delivered mine and 2 of the childrens meals and half the 3 other kids meals then we waited a firther 50 minutes for the rest of their meal, a 16 inch cheese pizza! Which turned up BROWN and i mean BROWN i have photos of it. The base was a mixture of black brown and rare bubbles of normal that had been in an air pocket and not burnt. Absolutely disgusting. That cost just under 30 pound and even the dog wouldnt touch it. Horrendous. The quality from bravos has gradually gotten worse and worse. Too big for their boots now that they have the repuatation they have started skipping corners and not giving a hoot. The exact same as aldos did and lost their customers to you, now your losing yours to uphall station. Photos are going on social media to avoid.

Hoggie was not presented as hoggie(everything inside the wrap is a hoggie) it was presented as a wrap with chips and sauce on the side. I wont even feed my child it. Highly disappoint
