Not the usual service we get from Bravo, delivery driver could not find us, so food 45 mins late, almost cold and soggy due to the time it took to get here. Hopefully a one off.

Love Bravo most of the time but unfortunately our food wasn’t hot so we were a bit disappointed!

Food wasnt gtest at all hogie was more like a pancake and chips were too pale .nosauce on them ss reqursted.

As always I find the sauce in tubs is never quite enough, so I requested a few tubs (6 to be precise) and was charged for the sauce upon delivery by an embarrassed delivery driver, who clearly felt awkward asking this request, but totally not his fault. Disappointed and also not quite as tasty as previous. Was a regular customer but bit put off now.

Service was quick and the food was hot and delicious pity the delivery driver left with some of our order still on his van but a quick phone call and it was sorted so no real harm done

Waiting under an hour and a half. And the food was warm and the grease had soaking into the food... Not impressed
