Chicken Pakora was really dry. Not tastie at all. Chicken Korma was ok but had better.

I ordered a burger without sauce and received it back with sauce. When I called them, they said I ordered it with sauce. I contacted Scoffable, sent a screenshot of the order, and my money was refunded.

Attitude stinks when I called due to missing food. Wont be back

Chilli masala was labelled as very hot- was not hot in the slightest. Makhani masala was very mild. Not worth the money!

I ordered a burger without sauce and it came with sauce

Ordered at 1739 with a collection time of 1810.Arrived 1810 and was told "give us 10minutes"20 minutes later.Why do we select a time??? So when I arrive ive gave the food outlet time to prepare but instead I turn up and my food is just being started for cooking.Poor on this occasion.My message is must try harder as this is how you lose business.

Using polystyrene for a start. Dry burger, onions instead of salad. Microwaved chips and curry sauce in a polystyrene box it was too soggy . Sorry I suppose if you were drunk the food would have been fine. Other than that it was not worth £25!

Normally excellent, but the chicken tikka in the spicy jalfrezi was inedible, all other dishes were excellent as usual!

I ordered fried rice,chip's and curry sauce the sauce was dried out and barely any also the rice wasn't fried rice and also dry.Also the nachos were the same barely any cheese or kebab but lots of dry tortilla chips.Both were unedible and were put in the bin

Veg and chicken pakora was hard,the nan bread was burnt,this is the first bad experience I have had with them

Normally get a good takeaway from chilli cottage. Unfortunately one of the pizzas we received was not what we had ordered and obviously this wasn't noticed until we got home as don't expect it have to check it in the shop. Had we took it back to get it chsnged the whole order would have been cold. Very disappointing from what is normally a reliable takeaway.

Sauce was missing from my order pakora sauce. Donner kebab were over cooked

I've have some lovely kebabs from chillis over many years, today I thought I'd experiment a little with what I understand to be a ceremonial celebration dish called byriani. I've eaten this a lot from several Indian, Pakistani outlets with differing results.However you've got a real cheek calling that rice dish you served me byriani. Please go to an Indian cookery class and learn what a byriani is. Not happy at all. Otherwise you could rename the dish on your menu braised rice, or at a push, fried rice but Byriani NO, THAT WAS NOT BYRIANI.

Ordered chips and cheese and asked for extra cheese. Order came with a tiny sprinkle of white tasteless cheese. Such a disappointment not worth the money. Would have been as well just ordering a box of chips. Shocking the portion of cheese that was on it. Dont waste your money and order something or from somewhere else.

Onion bhajis were nice but unfortunately the breaded fish was burnt and chips overcooked and hard .

Cold tasteless pizza.

Pakora was burnt and if I knew the curry had that many onions I wouldnt have ordered it sorry usually a great takeaway

Chips were not fresh and over done and pizza never came with tomato base as requested therefore went in the bin as no one would eat it. Korma lovely as ever shame about the rest.

1 n half hours for pizza and fish n chip , pizza was tasteless place is going down hill

It took just under 2 hours to from order to delivery this is not acceptable after being given an estimate of 1 hour.
