2 hours wait for delivery and arrived cold. Very dissapointed

2.5 hours for food to come, was luke warm when it arrived. Wont be back.

Order wrong

Burgers were OKThe wife got a baked potato with prawn cocktail, paid for EXTRA prawns.Order arrived and prawn cocktail sauce was all over everything in the bag! My wife managed half her baked potato as the prawns were invisible and sauce mainly vinegar. She was ill for hours, shes so ill, obviously the prawns were off, and EXTRA vinegar was added to hide the smell First and last order.

Used to be really good but order tonight was incorrect, food recipe and quality has changed.

Chips were still hard and rotten. Food was cold and doner meat was dried out

Ordered delivery for 7:30,finnqlly got order delivered after ohoning store to chaee rhis up,delivery arrived at 7:55pm

Disappointed with order tonight usually hight standard , Order diddnt arrive on time and I had to phone to see where it was . There seemed to be some confusion abour order . Arrived shortly after this one main dish differe t from order and overall just not the same as usual

Took over an hour just for 2 burgers to be delivered. When we got them (after I phoned asking where they were) the burgers were very tough like cardboard as if they had been sitting there for ages. Was so disappointed.

Chips cheese and coleslaw. Chips were hard and inedible. Asked for salt and vinegar at order and in extra comments. Still none added.

Chicken pakora was rock hard, very over cooked.No salt and vinegar on my chips even though requested in comments Service slow. Really is hit or miss with this take away.

Tasted like reheat. Chips and pakora hard. Nothing tasted or looked fresh.Even the salad was 90% onions.Over cooked crap. Really not worth the money.

Wasn't fresh as we would expect. Disappointed.

kebab meat was rubbery,,not fresh,, pretty bland meat ..

Food was cold and the order took an hour and half to reach us

Slightly surprised/disappointed with the frozen kebabs, haven't had them since the 90's. Food was cold but the naan was nice....Not sure if I'd order from here again.

1hr 50 mins to deliver estimated 1hr, that wasn't the issue really as it was a Saturday food was stone cold on arrival.

Food was basically cold and Nan bread was burnt all around the edges, terrible.
