Take accountability for incorrect orders

No meat in chow mein ordered sweet and sour and hongkong chicken was both the same sauce quality just wasnt there at all going to give it a miss for now on

Delivered beyond the time stated

Food was good , 2hour wait for order to be delivered

took nearly 2 hours to get here & when it finally came both the gravy and curry sauce were all congealed and freezing, the chips were freezing & soggy, and the fried rice and the prawn crackers were okay.

Waited 3 hours for my order and it's luke warm. The chips are vile and curry tastes like a reheat. Won't be ordering again. Gone right downhill

Curry was bland and a asked for hot there was 2 bits chicken and about 3 bits beef would have expect more for the money in curry dish

Salt and pepper chips tasted funny and waited a long Time for my order

Usually china hut is up to a good standard but the order was 30 minutes late and I believe it gave me food poisoning. Overall not happy with this order.

Ordered chicken balls which were served in one container with the rice and covered in curry sauce which made the batter soggy. Why not serve the chicken balls in a bag or container separately to keep them crispy? I wouldn't buy again.

Beef was disgusting and chewy

Order was missing a portion of chips which wasnt a big deal accidents happen when busy, called to let them know said it would be sent out straight away, 45 mins later still waiting for the replacement. Called back to ask them to leave it as by this point it was extremely frustrating the wait times (1 hour 20 for original delivery plus 45 min for replacement) and we had already finished our food. Delivery driver did return with a £2 refund eventually, no apology from the receptionist. This has been my regular Chinese for quite a while now and after the amount of orders Ive made and given it was a small item missing, I personally would have delivered the item and refunded the money especially after such a long wait, a small gesture like this would showed an apology and would have kept them a returning customer

Food was cold and not what i ordered.

Waited almost 2 hours when time was estimated as 1 hour and was slightly cold when it got to me

Our order took over two hours to arrive, I understand they may have been busy but that is extreme. Called at 8.55pm to ask if it was on it's way and was told it was just leaving, it didn't arrive till after 9.30pm. the food was not up to the usual standard, some was cold and other bits were soggy. No point in phoning the restaurant as I was not waiting that length of time for it to be sorted!
