Always had lovely food from here, however tonight the food was inedible! Only thing we could eat was the free prawn crackers. Despite the name, the salt and pepper munchie boxes were overly salted to the point it was disgusting and soggy. Paid for boneless ribs, however we were given ribs with bones which isnt ideal for my son. Really disappointed and wont be back. Nearly £30 spent and every bit went in the bin.

Waited well over the time that it said for the delivery then part of it was wrong and the replacement food took 40 minutes to arrive as well

Wasnt keen on my meal tonight. Maybe just me being fussy but Ive had so much nicer versions. Will try something else next time.

Will not use again delivery time horrendous quoted three separate times over an hour period my order was on the way. Turned up was cold and after 2hr 20mins on a Tuesday night would never recommend now

There was hair in my food

Food was nearly 3 hours late, cold, greasy and tasteless. I called after 2 hours to be told they hadnt even made it yet. Curry sauce was like water and bland. Chicken chop suey was bland and tasteless. The pancake roll was more grease than vegetables, full puddle of grease leaked from it onto the plate. If there is only 1 driver and food orders yous are running that late that your food standards are dropping, turn off orders on the app or give people a call so that they can cancel and get a refund.

Delivery was verry late had to call up was due at 17.50 but did not turn up will 19.25 ,first time ordering food was nice but far to long for a delivery

Bad waited 2 hours was cold greasy and bland

2 hour wait plus there was no chicken on the spicy Singapore chicken chow main

The food was ok but I'm sorry 3 hours wait is just ridiculous ...especially when you are being reassured constantly it's on way. People are hungry we can't be waiting this long.

The food was enjoyable but I was advised my order would be delivered in around 50 minutes when in actual fact I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for my delivery. This is beyond anything that would be considered a reasonable wait time.

Took over 2 hours till I phoned them and still said they couldnt tell me how long it had left to get to my house so I had to ask for my money back

wont be ordering again gave another chance ice cold munchy box noodles soggy again want a refund tbh
