Chicken curry had a very strange taste, ended up in the bin

Food was filled with chips barley any chicken, and ordered gravy (bbq sauce) and got curry

very salty to the point we couldnt eat it and found a hair in food

My food was to salty i could eat it. I would like a refund i still have the food.

Maybe because I'm used to a tub of sauce in box meals but chicken balls and chips were soggy and not enough sauce left for rice.

Food wasnt what I ordered, was late in collection too rude staff and the place was a health violation

I wont be ordering from here again. Food was over powered by the taste of salt resulting in a total waste of money as myself and my family didnt eat it.

Not very good

Initial order was wrong, was quoted a 10 minute wait on the correct order being sent out, waited over an hour and was then hung up on when I attempted to chase it up again.

Sauce was so thick was like glue , could stand a fork straight in it , first time trying here since reopening and Im very disappointed, used to love the double up . Sadly wont be using again

Dissapointed as arrived cold and curry cause had turned to glup.

Was cold the rice container was bashed and lid only half on waited over half hour for delivery had to phone them to find out where my delivery was as they had not confirmed they received it from scoffable and could not confirm to me on phone my order very bad service

Absolutely rotten

The chicked in the omlet, chicken fried rice and the chow mein was over cooked and had bones in it.

Everything was not nice wont be ordering again

The salt and pepper chips werent even salt and pepper just tasted like fried batter chips.. tasted like biting into oil which was horrible so couldnt eat them, the spicy crispy chicken needs to have more flavour in the sauce, the beef curry was pretty chewy so put me off the food, overall bad experience 👎🏾

Hello i sent an email to scoffable.as i didnt recieve.my meal i called the Chinese takeaway and the server was very rude .i asked for my money back and the server said he didnt understand.sorry i thought u would have reciceved the email.yhis has happened before with doubled up.thank you.hope you can help and merry Christmas

Unfortunately opened both our Chicken Curry and Chicken Satay. We asked for both without onions or veg. Curry came packed with onions and the Satay came back absolutely crammed with all sorts of veg. Not much chicken in it whatsoever.Normally have a really good experience at Double Up however, so certainly going to give it another shot. This experience must've just been an oversight on their part.

I put my order in for collection and it was wrong then phoned to get it changed and it was still wrong third time before they got it right and by the time I got to my food it was freezing I want a refund

No flavour to the main meals I ordered chicken and onion with oyster sauce and it was bland most of the other food was ok
