Did not get my food till 9.34 and it was cold not happy about this

received my order. And the Chicken Fried Rice contain ham mixed in . As I dont eat ham and it does say everything about ham be in the Chicken Fried Rice . And come cold. And I call up by and ask if the Chicken Fried Rice contain ham mixed and got told yes and I asked of a refund. Or a new one and got told no . And I can eat ham as I put in the bin

I found a bone in the chicken chow main that I ordered and the beef with mushrooms looked like the mushrooms were a week old definitely wont be ordering from there again

Waited 2 hrs for delivery then completly wrong order called back told would replace within 45 mins 1hr 25 mins later still waiting. Half the order wasted as now freezing cold. To top it they want the original munchy box back. Good luck to person that's geting a preheated meal.

Wouldnt recommend. No taste to the salt and pepper chicken bites or chips!! Chips had a thick batter around them which had obliterated the taste of any potato, so defeats the purpose of ordering chips. Sweet and sour sauce was like so thick it came out the tub in blobs. Avoid!

The food was really good, but the delivery time was awful,.This is the 3rd time in a row where we have had to wait for over 90 minutes for the food to arrive.It doesnt seem to matter what day of the week or what time you place an order, the delivery time is too long.The delivery drivers are so nice and its them that apologise to you, but it isnt their fault!!

Ordered chicken fried rice and recieved chicken and ham wasnt very good curry sauce was too thick and not enjoyable shall not be ordering fron here again!!!

This place used to be the best chinese in livingston. Not anymore.The chips where 'yesterdays' chips dry and old, the chicken in the curry was soft and squishy, the sauce was not traditional more like the packet mix and the chicken toast was full of grease and also tasted old. I did order late at night but thats no excuse for serving food that was ready for the bin.

Absolute joke of a takeaway place order at 6pm time of writing 2109pm and still no food been told multiple times it is on its way which it clearly isnt defo wont be back

Waited over 2 hours for a delivey and it never turned up no call or explanation but money taken will be calling as soon as they open to get a refund

Absolute joke stay clear 2 hours waiting for a takeaway phoned multiple times food was out for delivery driver shows up with 2 cans of juice waiting for 2 hours for food. Food was cold and tasteless

No egg or seasoning just plain rice

Ordered a chicken currry and rice and chips but was not happy with it chips were soggy which me and my mum could not eat. The chicken curry was not nice taste / look. Which was binned. The bbq sauce and rice box was not nice either sauce was congeled and the taste was not nice. It took over an hour to deliver.

Food was 1hr 20min late and the food was cold

Didnt receive my order and no refund . Will be contacting the shop tomorrow
