order took 1.5 hours, box was soaked from the steam, food was cold and soggy. called twice and kept being told 10-15 minutes

received my order. And the Chicken Fried Rice contain ham mixed in . As I dont eat ham and it does say everything about ham be in the Chicken Fried Rice . And come cold. And I call up by and ask if the Chicken Fried Rice contain ham mixed and got told yes and I asked of a refund. Or a new one and got told no . And I can eat ham as I put in the bin
