Unfortunately opened both our Chicken Curry and Chicken Satay. We asked for both without onions or veg. Curry came packed with onions and the Satay came back absolutely crammed with all sorts of veg. Not much chicken in it whatsoever.Normally have a really good experience at Double Up however, so certainly going to give it another shot. This experience must've just been an oversight on their part.

I put my order in for collection and it was wrong then phoned to get it changed and it was still wrong third time before they got it right and by the time I got to my food it was freezing I want a refund

No flavour to the main meals I ordered chicken and onion with oyster sauce and it was bland most of the other food was ok

there wasnt enough chicken, too much battered chips, foot wasnt nice at all

The ribs were great but the other foods were very dry. Chicken wings were tasteless.

Salt and pepper chicken balls didn't taste right everything was flavourless and all 4 of us have had crippling sore stomachs since and being sick

This used to be my favourite Chinese. Found out tonight it had opened back up. My order was extremely disapointing. Forgotten food and the salt and pepper chicken I ordered didnt even look like it had been cooked, didnt even try it. The rest of my food has given me an extremely sore stomach. Will not order again.

Food was freezing by the time it got to us, we got salt & pepper shredded chicken it was solid, chips were soggy.
