Took 3 and half hours to come! Right fair enough with whats going on but come on!! Bbq sauce stank like vinegar and was like water! Noodles where all stuck together like ones you get out the supermarket! Mongolian beef had no sauce and just lots of pepper over the beef! Worst take away Ive ever had!

I know we are going through a tough period just now and it may have been a busy time but it took and hour and 30mins for my delivery to arrive. 😕

2 hour delivery and some of the food was cold

Even though we waited nearly 3 hours for delivery any other time i would have been annoyed but under the circumstances I totally get that you where really busy. Was worth the wait though as we really enjoyed it like we always do whenever we get from here one of the best chinese in Livingston

We were still waiting 2 hours for our delivery and the Dragon House has just called us to tell us there are certain items not available and did we want to change the order.I am extremely disappointed in Dragon House to receive the order 2 hours ago and then call us at 8.45 to say items are no longer available.We cancelled the order as it was ridiculous to still be waiting.

Good was hot and really nice, did take over 2 hours to come on a Wednesday night but in the circumstances its totally understandable

Not happy with this. Ordered food at 16.30 and requested delivery for after work at 19.40. Sitting here now 20.50 with no food. Phoned and was advised not their issue as to busy and should contact scoffable. Also side note they contacted me at 16.50 to advise that full order couldnt be done because of stock. I said ok replace it with an alternative.

It was a little late but understand. Food is always excellent. Keep up the great work guys yous are doing great through this hard time.

The meal was quick and easy to order. It was delivered quickly and was nice and hot.

Wasnt great, only just warm, didnt taste as good as usual but I guess you cant always get everything perfect. Delivery was good timing.
