According to our system and our WhatsApp chat history where you checked in on the time, your food was actually delivered 20 minutes before the estimated arrival time, not an hour late. Our kitchen definitely doesnt cook food an hour in advance, though we appreciate the creative theory! It's unfortunate that our private chat ended with you laughing at us, but as a business at the top of the village, we take our transit times very seriously. We wish you all the best. Eric&Co

Our nuggets are only ever cooked the moment an order hits the screen, and our chips are prepped fresh daily. It sounds like something went wrong during transit to make the food lose its crispness.
