Foods great but delivery times are brutal! 90mins for past couple deliverys and 2hrs tonight for a burger and chips 2 mile along the road π€¦π»

Managing a bustling kitchen requires the ability to keep cool under pressure and ensure that customer expectations are met, even when the kitchen is swamped with orders. Whilst the order was orginially for delivery through a 3rd party website. I called in due to the waiting time and was advised that they were awaiting the return/arrival of the delivery driver. So decided to hop in my own car to collect which i will definately be doing in the future. Thank you Easy Burgers, the food was just superb as always. Even the kids agreed who gave you the highest praise stating they never want a McD again! Your service was amazing and i will definately be ordering direct in the future. So thank you for sorting everything out once again.

Food was great as usual. The personalised Smash Burgers are the best Ive had.My only issue was how long it took to receive the order and that some sauces were missing. I understand that the kitchen and drivers were swamped, especially with it being the week between Christmas and New Years.The driver was courteous and I was happy to receive the order despite the wait.

As you did notice, we were (literally) very busy during the festive time and tried to cope with high demand.
