2 hours and still no food, cancelled order!

Food was cold soggy and nearly an hour late.

Delivery took over 1h 40mins.

Really disappointing delivery time, over TWO hours.Disappointing because the food is good, tasty and well presented.Really need to get delivery times sorted or more poor reviews which would be a shame as, said before, food is good. Either accept that deliveries are not working and stop them or get a strategy around advising customers when they order that the delivery time is huge.Personally, if I knew that at the beginning that the wait would be long , I would probably still order, knowing the food is good at the end, but it drives me nuts being left hanging.

Ordered tge spicy chicken steak supper and my sister ordered the pizza crunch lets just say she enjoyed hers greatly unlike me were i didnt even eat it chips were undercooked most of them raw and the chicken steak wasnt apicy and it was too dry. This is a bit dissapointing cause a really liked ordering from this chippy but now im thinking about going somewhere else now

Asked for a roll and sausage, roll was so hard , sausage wasnt cooked right, i couldnt eat it, in a hot place your meant to keep rolls fresh and cook properly

This hasn't been the first time I've bought from Elizabethan and recieved bad food. You pay for a sausage supper and fish supper and only get some chips, for what your paying there should be a decent amount. Then they over cook their fish to the point you can't eat it. Ive gave them a chance as mistakes can happen but certainly won't be back as I've had enough.

Food arrived 1 hrs 30mins after ordering and was cold

Pizza was cooked but the actual ingredients on the pizza were not cooked enough, very poor

The fish had obviously been sitting out for a while as the batter was solid and fish was very dry. Wasn’t edible even with a whole load of chippy sauce on it.

Took 2 and a half hours to arrive and was soggy when it did won’t be ordering again and would advise others to avoid!

A soggy pizza ... disappointed...

Waited for 2 hours and no delivery. Called them to request the order cancelled because I needed to go to bed. They were very rude. Refused to refund me. I spoke to the manager and he was even worse. Screaming down the phone at me telling me he can't help being busy. There are a dozen pizza places who deliver around here so not sure why they think this is ok.
