Offering 10 pieces of scampi but only getting 8 , and its not the 1st time

Absolutely shocking service pay for an item and get substituted with something that cost 80p when I paid £3.50 then they have a cheek to say they dont have the item I ordered well refund it dont give someone an item thats not even the same value

Kebab meat cold and pita bread was hard

One of the meals were left out we had to go back for it. Not acceptable

Hi there the fish was absolutely freezing cold and the chips were soggy I would like a full refund

Pizza was completely stuck to the top of the box no plastic to help that from happeni g the chips were soaked and fully stuck to the base of the box again no nothing to keep that from sticking was not a nice meal tasted like the box it was ruined and definitely not nice at all

Waited 1hour 30 minutes and it was cold

Took hour and half to be delivered. Was cold. Usually great. Road conditions. With snow. Would have made slow delivery but when u live in same street as shop. Food should never be cold

Need a category between Bad and good.Food was not bad - but it was disappointing, not usual quality. Chips were cold and chicken was over cooked at wing and undercooked in the breast.Overall not usual standard.

Food was ok. Didnt deliver my bottle of juice thenn waited over an hour for it after i phoned to let them know.

Food took well over an hour to arrive and, when it did, it was cold. Ended up having to reheat it and it was not pleasant at all.Wont be ordering again.

Chips were ok the fish seemed have disappeared it was just over cooked batter

Ordered at 7.30 food did not arrive untill nearly 9.00 everything was Luke warm and had to be reheated not great service food should be hot also paid £26.30 for cold food never again
