Im very disappointed with the deliveries as everytime ive had something missing, or havent read instructions right, last night i was waiting on something that they missed, never appeared i had no dinner, was put off. I pay money for this so should be attended with respect not rushing orders also poor portions

Food was cold took too long to come

It took 3 hrs for food to be delivered. Phoned up after 1hr and was told another 30 mins. Waited another hour and was told the food was just leaving and would be 10 minutes. Another 4 calls and the driver turns up. Very very unhappy. Should not take delivery orders if they cannot cops with demand. Also staff shouldn’t fob people off.

it was cold and waited nearly 2 hours normally hav no problem with you.

Normally very good but not tonight, chips hard and the pizza was cold and like cardboard

After placing an order at around 6pm and waiting to receive food, I received a call just before 8 pm telling me the driver was lost and I wasn’t getting food. I feel this was far too long to leave someone waiting without giving any indication of progress.

Waited three hours for a delivery and still haven't got part of it got told on phone it would be brought out as quickly as possible and didn't show up no phone call or nothing

It was cold and dry by the time it arrived
