Did not get extra topping of smoked sausage on pizza

The food tasted stale it was cold

Food was good. Delivery fast. Just a shame we never got our full order.

Fresh as always. Didn't have what I had ordered on line tonight but received a phonecall almost immediately after order was placed to notify of this. An alternative was chosen and our meal was delivered well within the time scale suggested. Great service :)

Always great and fresh food. Delivery as quick as it can be, obviously you can wait slightly longer Friday and Saturdays which is understandable. Soooo good with allergy advice...I add a note to my order and then phone once the order has gone through to confirm they have received allergen note. Every time, they know exactly what my order is and what the allergy is providing not only peace of mind for my family but 100% customer service. Fab.

I really like this chip shop but have been left disappointed the last few orders with thinks missing like pickles sauce and overall now the quality of the food has went down hill. My hamburger roll came with a American bun not a roll which was stale and crumbled. Batter on the chip steak soggy quality not the same whether this be due to the cost of food now Im not sure
