Fish didnt have much taste and not a lot of sauce on order.

first time of ordering from them and it was disgusting sorry but wont be using again, chips where cold, and disgusting reheats, fish was mostly batter hardly any fish in it, fritters where solid , only thing decent was the spring rolls, even the pizza was rank ....waste of £24

I really like this chip shop but have been left disappointed the last few orders with thinks missing like pickles sauce and overall now the quality of the food has went down hill. My hamburger roll came with a American bun not a roll which was stale and crumbled. Batter on the chip steak soggy quality not the same whether this be due to the cost of food now Im not sure

Was an hour late, food was cold and looked like it had been made ages ago. Very disappointed.

My food arrived almost double the time later than I was advised. On checking the order, an item was missing. I called the Elizabethan and was advised that the driver was just on his way back to give me a cash refund. The driver did not return.The food was lukewarm. It had arrived in just a paper bag and no insulation bag, Given the lateness, I am unsure if it had been transported without insutlation.I am now out of pocket because I paid for something I did not receive and the food was not to the standard I have received previously from the Elizabethan.

Took 1.5 hours to come and was freezing cold refused refund because it was up to their standards 😂😑

Pizza that I have ordered was barely cooked. Veggies werent even grilled and had no flavour. Cheese was watery and oily. Waste of money.
