Chips had rotten bits on them

Food was cold and tasted horrible.

Pizza base tasted totally burned.

Sorry to say this but need to be truthfulFritters were like rubber totally unedible the fish was very dry and the batter was rubbery like the fritters and the chips was coldReally disappointed an a waste of nearly £13 ended up in the bin

Ordered at 6.15 for delivery at 7.10 (their time slot) arrived 7.45 stone cold. Terrible

If i could give this a minus five believe me i would. Onion rings over cooked and probably reheat. How a chip shop would have the brass neck to sell this is beyond me. Steak pie suppers the box was thick with grease. It turn my stomach Hoagies the dinner meat was dry ordered 2 off then which could not be eaten. Any leftovers i normally share out with my dogs. I couldnt even give it to them. Waste of money. Please save your money and buy from somewhere else. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food was awful. Asked for sauce and no sauce dry kebab meat we couldn't eat it. The calzone was awful the chips were awful i used to love this chip shop but its defo went down hill not sure if its new owners but a total disaster of a dinner for 4 people. Order else where and dont waste your money. Scoffable (which i paid through) wouldnt refund either. I thought it was their services i was paying for also. I'll know next time! Never again.

Kebab was really hard and gritty and pizza was flavourless - the pineapple tasted like it had been sitting for ages. No flavour.

Fish wasnt the best and chips where greasy

Order was all wrong, asked for garlic mayo with a kebab got chilli sauce, asked for a pepperoni pizza got margherita, ordered a 750ml (glass bottle) limeade for £1.50 got a 2L bottle price marked £1, usually good from here but will be the last order for me.

This is my 2nd time ordering and my last! 1st time fish arrived cold 2nd time hamburger supper arrived uncooked.. This is nnot acceptable.. Was refused refund but scoffable resolved this by giving me £5 voucher for next takeaway meal but will definitely not be here!!

First time ever I have not enjoyed my meal. The chips tasted old and could not get my knife through my white pudding.

Paper all stuck to the pizza, couldnt eat any of it. Tried calling a few times and was engaged. Emailed scoffable who said they are refusing refund until I call, which I have done numerous times and its engaged.

The fish was beautiful. The haggis was totally tasteless as if something had been left out of the recipe.Probably the worst haggis Ive ever eaten. Very disappointing.

Every single time we order which is once a week they forget part of our order such as forgetting chilli sauce & salad on the hoagie or give us the wrong thing or they dont follow the instruction section for preparing the food. When spoken to about this very unprofessional reply of a disgusted tone stating that they are only human & make mistakes while I understand this to be the case you expect the odd error not every single time & when I raised the issue I was met with a nasty tone & not even an apology just a nasty tone and hung up on we use that chippy because it is literally 5 mins from our house & delivers quickly which is great when you have a lot of little hungry people to feed after the way I was spoken to and hung up with out an apology I will be ordering from a different chippy

Food tasted good but for coming from a place less than 2 mile away it was luke warm . They've had their last chance .

We normally have great food from this chippy but tonight was an exception. the hoggie, onion rings and fritters were cold. the hoggie fell apart and we could not heat it up as we had salad on it. the fish and the chicken were hot.

First time ordering and never again. Chips soggy with grease. Pizzas absolutely tasteless. Had better frozen pizzas. Best thing was the mozzarella sticks but cant go wrong with premade food a guess. Also sent the wrong juice.

Shocking in taste like rubber poor quality over all very unhappy wont be back
