Normally very good but not tonight, chips hard and the pizza was cold and like cardboard

Could see and taste that cooking oil hasnt been changed in about a week. Other than that tasted good

After placing an order at around 6pm and waiting to receive food, I received a call just before 8 pm telling me the driver was lost and I wasn’t getting food. I feel this was far too long to leave someone waiting without giving any indication of progress.
