Ordered a burger tonight and it was clearly old lettuce on the burger 🍔 soggy and minging fed it to my dog he enjoyed it

Half our order was missing. Such as ordered full pizza supper, got half a pizza supper. Ordered half single pizza got three quarters of a half pizza. Never again.

Bun was burnt on the inside which was a little disappointing

Asked for lots of chippy sauce and barely had any and lack of chips

Pizza is all tomato no cheese nae option for even a bit of salt on your chips if you're getting a burger. just sad man. used to be good as well.

The food didnt even come

My pizza had clearly been dropped by the driver as the topping was stuck to one side of the box and the base was empty. Also i think the cook forgot to put cheese on it 🤷🏼 Normally love the boghall chippy but my last few visits have been meh!

Cold !

Normally we dont have any issues and the food is great. Tonight it was cold and a very small portion. We ordered a bottle of sauce too however it was 4 small tubs that came and one had leaked over everything

Always use them but last few times food has been cold, late or things missing

Shocking customer service and poor attitude from staff when challenged on their poor service at the shop

Normally go to my usual take away but was tol to go here it was amazing mega disappointed Hardly any kebab in the hoggie it was a mess when arrived definitely wont return

Food was just warm and didnt taste fresh

Ordered fish and chips, disappointing, 2 weeks ago we ordered pizza and it was fantastic.

kabab meat was the worse i'd ever had

Food was burned underneath and u dercooked on top , wont be returning

£1 ready meal pasta that i got changed £3.50 for which they left in the ready meal container with half the plastic still on top, then they covered it in salt meaning it wasnt even edible. Half the order was wrong and they dont answer the phone. Id avoid at all costs.
