Options when ordering were 50mins delivery or ASAP - selected ASAP them got an email to say it would be 1hour 40 mins! Ridiculous- would never have order if they were upfront about timescales. Order actually took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold - even in difficult times like these not acceptable

food portions were terrible pizza was about 7 inch not 10 and chips barely had any in them also took 1 hour 40 minutes so food came cold

Ordered a jumbo haggis and i was given a normal haggis so i paid more for less. Chips were cold by the time the order arrived. Very disappointed.

Never got half of what we ordered, 4 out of 7 items ordered were wrong and what had been sent was disgusting wont be using again

The mixed kebab was small for the price( £8.50) compared to other takeaways in town , no lamb, just chicken, very greasy doner meat and a few over cooked mushrooms.one pitta bread. The Cheese burger and chips were passable, just. Total price £16.50 including delivery charge, not good value,won't be back.

Asked for less meat on my wrap and more raw onion. Yes definitely less meat and about 4 bits of onion. Asked for the salad separate for the kebab, it comes covered in salad. Also stone cold. Maybe the staff should take the time to read the notes. Absolutely loved the food from her but Ive found the last few orders either to be wrong, cold or just plain rotten.

Nearly 2 hours for a simple order; arrived cold 1 x meal didnt come with the requsted sauce and we didnt receive the 2 x cans of coke we purchased. We told the delivery guy but he never came back! The phone lines were too busy. The fish was not at all fresh.Please request a refund for at least the 2 items we didnt receive. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. When food eventually came the pizza was undercooked, the pepperoni wasnt cooked properly and there was an overall nasty taste. I understand its crazy busy at the moment but that shouldnt lower the standards of your food... wont be back.

Riping people off charging 2.50 for 1.49 irn brew and 70p for 55p sweets and sending a fredo as replacment for a sweet charged at 70p and sending replacments not asked for and double sweets if i wanted two of the same i would have asked for them not the first time this has happend ie sausge to replace chicken pakora in a munchy box a couple of weeks ago wont be ordering again

Over 2 hours wait for food to arrive

I ordered a pepperoni pizza base was nice and thin however pizza wasn't proper cooked and pepperoni was definitely old

We buy from here all the time and gave always enjoyed the food but the last few times the food has not been the best to be honest. Very disappointed.☹

Ordered pizza to collect. Picked up at time I stated on order. Got home 5 minutes later, opened pizza to find it cold. Must have been lying there for a while. Got home to realise they hadn't gave me my dip either.

Missing parts of order, what did come wasnt right. No response when trying to call. Hit or miss with them and never any replacement or refund. Really let themselves down as the quality ia great.

Mixed kebab consisting of tiny over cooked chicken and solid strips of doner meat that my dog wouldnt even eat. Chips were also horrible. Place has went so downhill.
