Chicken pakora batter was soggy and not fresh, nan bread was not fresh and very thick and doughy. Poor order all round.

Avoid food is bogging

I ordered a hoagie dinner wrap and that what I got minus the hips and cheese

I ordered chips, cheese and curry sauce. Arrived with no cheese. Disappointed as I usually rate Flames very much

Food was good but delivery time was too long. Estimated time of 1 hour and was delivered 1 hour after this so 2 hours in total. Had i known it was going to take that long when placing the order i would have cancelled it.

Delivery took 1 hour 30 minutes

Food arrived cold, chips tasted like they had been sat in a cardboard box for hours & reheated, calzone had no sauce or onion though it & again stone cold! Absolutely terrible

Over two hours for a delivery when it came it was only lukewarm very disappointed

I ordered a munchy box, chicken pakora and Nan bread which also came with a can of Pepsi.The hottest part of the meal was the can of Pepsi which told me the order had been ready for quite a while. The rest of the meal was lukewarm to cold in temp with not much taste and the Nan bread was soggy.Would not recommend

2 hours for a delivery!! Every time I phoned was told it was on its way complete and utter joke

Order took almost 2 hours to arrive. The chips were overcooked and burnt. It was only chips, saice, nan bread and rice so wasn't a big meal. But the chips looked 3 days old. I always order here i enjoy the food its normally always great so this is the first bad experience I've had.
